I would`t personally use this techniques, why one would need them?
If you need them for self defence you`ll better of doing martial arts. That will develop your ki plus gives you a good awarness, and ability to defend yourself and others.

I havnt tried the negative energy techniques but in the past that site taught me many powerful techniques. Such as Third Eye and Burning Knuckle.

hey well i sitll need help on negative ki lol and ivee been trin soo hard to open my 3rd eye but i cant for some reason neone got some good advice?

Legit? Yes.
However, these are incredibly advanced, and you would need to be a master energy worker to do those techniques. I wouldnt suggest using negative energy at all.... It can be/is very consuming and hard to get rid of...

That site holds good. Opening third eye permanently is a laborious job. It will take you years. Instead try reading Auric Vision. That will help in a steady progress.

Why do you want to try negative energies? Didn't you read the WARNING!!!

Try different techniques or just practice aura's on most people are very faint and demons/spirits look kind of like blurs when you look at a light. Only demons/spirits won't move around with you eyes.

A guy at our local tai chi club has been practicing tai chi and other martial arts for some 20 years. He went to China where he completed a master's tai chi course. He cannot devastate people across the room with his power. Even if he could, side effects he would experience at this point of development (calmness, maturity, emotional stability...) would make it highly unlikely that he would ever use such abilities.

His stuff on demons is laughable. If you work with his method you'll only channel your negative energy with more or less success. If you work with demons, you typically don't expect they'll obey you just because you say "I command you to help me". They haven't been around for thousands of years to listen to whoever asks them for help. Otherwise, we'd all happily kill each other. [}:)]

Final point: to become a master, you must master yourself, and yourself only. If you're still thinking of energies as "good" and "evil", you're not a master. You're not even a beginner; just an amateur who watches too much DBZ and doesn't know what he's talking about.
