Strange feeling starting from heart-chakra

Sounds like a heart murmur, an irregularity of the heartbeat. it could be benign. However, have it checked with your cardiologyst. Good luck.

Hehe, sounds like heartburn.  But I would work on energy movement techniques before messing with chakras, if you havn't already.  It can be dangerous.

This could be energy flow along your kundalini - the major pipeline for energy that runs the length of your spine. If you were to get this kind of flow happening from your base chakra, it could be a very powerful & surprising experience.

If you're unsure of chakra work at the moment, go to the AstralPulse main and download the New Energy Ways article by Robert Bruce. It's a bit slow going at first, but the benefits are great, especially if what your experiencing is related to kundalini awakening.

Unless a heart murmer is very severe, you don't feel it, you hear it, and even then they do not cause symptoms anything like this.
I would ask that you refrain from such comments as they are not only unhelpful, they can cause people to worry unnecessarily.

Hi James S!

It is true that the feeling is coming from the base chakra, I noticed it when I lost count on how many times this feeling appeared today! But sometimes it even feels like it is coming from the navel. Another "strange" thing is that my hands get very hot when this happens, somtimes the whole body.

I haven't read the article yet (printing it right now), it seems to be really good.

Everything you describe sounds like you've got a lot of awareness of the energy flowing through your body. The navel area is where the body stores energy (kind of like batteries), and the hands are a prime site for energy flowing in and out of the body. I've read many other comments from people who have noticed their hands getting quite warm, as I have felt myself.

I'm glad your getting a printout of N.E.W. From what you've told me so far, I think you'll get a lot out of it.

Hi!

I have a strange feeling that starts from the heart-chakra and moving up to the crown-chakra. It feels like a hot wave that is moving slowly upwards. This feeling is not new to me, I have felt it as long as I can remember, even when I was a five year old child.

Anyone know what this is and what causing it?

I am not so familiar with chakra work, going to try it for my first time tomorrow.
