OBE or lucid dream?

Often spontaneous OBEs seems to be happening in what appears the "real world". This is most likely due to our consciousness affecting the astral so as to create a familiar environment.
Whether your experience was and OBE or a lucid dream is a bit difficult to decide.
Given the argument about LDs and OBEs really being one and the same I'd take it as and OBE and use the morale boost to my advantage []

Chances are that your experience was both a dream AND an OBE. It began with a dream and then turned to an OBE (ethereal projection). Yet the out of body was short and confusing and drifted back into the dream. Which is why you are not sure if it was one or the other. When it was likely one And the other.[]

the other night (about a week ago now) i had my 2nd OBE! yay me! but newayz, this question is about what happened afterwards...well, during my OBE i managed to get out to the way back of my back yard, walking ..... then, i involuntarily was swept off my feet and descended back into sleep, i think. the rest of the night i had a dream that i was in this world...i don't remember it perfectly, which makes me question it's authenticity as an OBE, but it started with me flying down from way up high, through a partly cloudy sky, near a house with a black roof (the house kinda looked like it was from the Sims,hehe) and i know i explored a bit there, but i really don't remember it all too vividly...i'm wondering if this other world was an OBE or just a dream? i'm pretty sure it's the latter, but if not, that would definitely boost my confidence, and i am wondering[] thanx!
