I rarely project into the real time zone, so I cannot really answer your question. I usually find myself in some kind of a void when I project. Other times I am in places I really cannot describe as they bare little or no resemblance to the physical plane that we know. The few times I have been in the RTZ were very brief and I had no time to leave the room. I might note that while I have had several OBE/AP I am in no way an astral traveling expert as my travels have not been very long, but each time I do the length of time gets longer. Maybe I should say that the experience is longer as time really does not exist outside of the physical.

It is safe to do pretty much anything you wish, just keep Karma in might. []
