I agree with timeless, it is probably a good idea to check with a doctor to make sure that everything is alright.  I know the importance of this personally as when I was younger I had a heart murmur.  When meditating sometimes I would get sensations like what you are describing.  I went to the doctor to make sure it had not come back before I progressed further.  timeless informed me that the sensations around my heart could be energy blockages and I figured this would be a good occasion to practice with reiki and found it quite affective at alleviating the light pains and distracting sensations.  But if the doctor says everything is alright the fluttering is nothing more than just a distraction and forcing your way past it is great practice for improving your focus and determination.

Thanks. It's not a heart flutter, it's like it skips a beat. I just used flutter for lack of a better word. I don't know, um arrythmia, or palpitation, something like that. It's not serious.

Don't worry. I haven't had any, uh, skipped beats since I stopped drinking caffeinated (is that how you spell it? Hint: It's in coco-cola.) drinks every day. It was probably linked to that. Timeless: where would I get rose quartz. If I can't find any, I'm just going to order the orgone thing on the site. 2 for $11 seems pretty good compared to the 1 for $80 on another site. Any place in particular that has the crystals would be appreciated!

Thanks. I found a great site that has all kinds of crystals and gems and rare earth magnets from $0.25 to $9.00. Can't post the site until I go onto my computer in the middle of the day. (I stay downstairs in the morning. I'll post it around 3:00)

aright u all got me thinkin of buyin a crystal cause its cheap.  Just like how do you 'use' it?  do you just meditate with it in your hand, or do u put it somewhere when u are sleepin, id like to know.  Then ill probally order a crystal tonite

I have found that it really depends on you.  For some holding it works best.  For others placing stones on chakras works well.

Also what you are doing has an affect on how you should use it.  For people who meditate in a seated position they must hold the stone.  For people who meditate while lying down it works best to place the stone on the chakra that it is aligned with.

Simply put as long as the crystal in near you, you will get some benefit from it, atleast for most people.  The closer the stone is to touching you the stronger the affect will most likely be.  timeless has said before that she holds it in her hand when she sleeps but for people like me that tend to toss and turn that can make for an unpleasant awakening.[B)]  I tend to set it on my night stand right next to my bed or put it under my pillow.

Experiment and see what works best for you.

i guess ill order a crystal, probally the one that helps dream recall.  i think i might try like somehow strapping it to my hand so it doesnt fall out, otherwise i may try it like under the pillow (hope the tooth fairy doesnt take it away mistaking it for a big tooth hehe).  But just how do they 'work' exactly.  like i dunno 'scientifically' if you would or just whats inside them that makes them help you and so special?

so kyanite helps dream recall i hear from others?  i think ill get that and ill look at that site about the different crystals for different chakras.  I will be glad to tell y'all how the crystal worked for me after i get it, and ill keep it cleaned up like u say timeless.  But when u say always keep it in the sun when not in use, i guess i can assume that is a way of charging it up? or just makin it look pretty []

Also, not only could these crystals help me in my meditation and chakras, dream recall, etc. but it could make a nice collection.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever experimented with orgone stuff. I found a site that says the orgone transmuters or whatever could help with lucid dreaming. Personally, I believe it and may get one (the cheapest) soon and experiment with it. It seems safer than brainwave entrainment as I sometimes have little flutterings of de heart. http://home.att.net/~energy-creations/. Get back to me soon please.
