Hey Tom.

Sure, I switch from lucid dream, and project to the RTZ all the time, and it's not as difficult as it seems. The first problem though, is getting lucid dreams, and becoming "lucid" and/or aware during a dream, or a deep state of relaxation. After that, just focus your intent on knowing you are in a deep state, and have the ability to project at will, if you really try. If you are in a lucid dream, first think to yourself that yes, you are dreaming and you know it, and become as lucid as possible. Try and become fully aware, but just ignore you body and physical senses. It should be easy enough as just leaving from there, because in all reality, in that state, your astral body is just floating above your physical unattached, already projecting. You just have to be aware of this, and you can move as you like.

Some other tips to use before you go to sleep, is to prompt yourself with things such as repeating over and over "I will become lucid in my dreams tonight..." or "I will project to the real time zone tonight after becoming aware of my lucidity..." and such to the like. Those are a few of the ones I use. It might also help if you write them on a piece of paper right before you go to sleep. Hope that might have been of any use to you, good luck with your efforts.

Did I understood you correct? Next time I become lucid a withdraw from all my senses (in the dream) and then I'll end up in the RTZ? Isn't premature aweakening a problem? I had some problems with that in the past

all the best tom

I read on this forum that to be able to come back from astral into RTZ you have to somehow become aware of the physical, with much care of NOT paying attention to your physical sensations, and yes it might wake you up if you do!

My first OBE was a LD to RTZ experience. I became lucid in my dream and imediatly was in my body awake. I laid there for a while and I tried to get up. I got up but without my physical body. I did reality checks like looking back at my sleeping body and checking for lights.

So my theory is that when you go back to your body during an LD your mind is awake but your body, if left alone for a while, will either fall asleep again or it never woke up fully.

This has not happened again. But I know its my fault. I've been slacking off in my training. But will go for it again. My dreams have not gone fully lucid but are still not quite random either. Last night's dream was being analyzed, as it was happening, by a side of me that was looking at the dream, yet was not lucid. Interesting but hard to explain.

Hello

I would like to switch from a lucid dream into the real time zone. I know that a lucid dream and an obe might be the same but I wanna go to the real time zone to see things i know and to proof the reality of obe to myself ( I'm a scientist type of a person and I wanna investigate the relationship between lucid dreams and obe's).
Is there anybody that has experience with it(switch from a lucid dream into the real time zone) and can give me same tips how to do it?
thx for the help Tom
