The worst of them try to suck my energy and I kick their butts. Others scare me when I'm in a lower state of consciousness, but are not a real threat.

A few times I had my energy drained in physical, and yes I can "kick the butt" (not literally, they dont always have butts) of something I dont see with my physical eyes. Sometimes I just know its there.

Maybe I have been speaking ignorantly and too proud sometimes. I havent encountered all the kinds of negs described on astralpulse and one of them might kick my butt, but until then I refuse to be afraid.

You need to realize that there is nothing to actually be afraid of. You need to learn to control your emotions. While out of body you need to try to remain calm and passive at all times.

I always thot bevis was a neg  [].  I had a experience once and if you face it usually you defeat it.  I have to admit I still sometimes have some fears but I continue to try to overcome them.

First you must stop playing what ifs. If you think you will see one, then you very well might see one next to your bed. But if you should see something next to you when you get out the first thing you need to do is try to remain calm. Reguardless of what you might see and experience it is very important to remain calm and passive. If you do keep your cool, then you should keep a feeling of passive curiousity and try to find out what this thing is. Do not assume anything. Just because something may be there it does not mean it has negative intensions. If you are uncomfortable with it at the time ask it to leave. No matter what happens do not be afraid. When you stand up to something it will usually go away.

That's a question I think I should ask, because beavis is so proud with negs. Currently I'm reading Psychic defence, and I find that dealing with negs doesn't only imply not being afraid, but also doing the right thing in the right time, which doesn't seem so easy to me...
