hi, im a beginner in ki development, and i like to learn how to control my energy into doing things like, a ki ball, ki blast, levitation, and more, but i dont know how to do theese things, i read how to do it, but i do not understand what there talking about!

can anyone help me to learn how to do a ki ball, or atleast tell me how to control my energy?
