Their is actually a theory that earth is a perpetual motion machine invented by aliens.

I'm sure I've generated enough energy over the years to power all of New York for at least a few seconds... heh...

O and I've been told by someone I met once that I'm full of alien devices... maybe they make my legs unhappy...

Well I guess no one else has the curse like I do. [:(]

Well, I don't have that problem, but my friend does/did.

We were taking the same course last semester, and the freak just could not sit still. Since the whole row of seats was connected, whenever he rocked his foot, all the seats would shake.
Soooo....I got ticked off. So, whenever he rocked his foot, I'd punch him in the leg. Hard.
After a few weeks, he stopped doing it altogether (even outside of lecture).

It's just nervous habit, not a necessity. You don't need to get rid of your tension. Your tension just arises from not doing your habit. Kinda of like when I decided to quit knuckle-cracking. Man, that took me a year and a half to be completely rid of it.

Hi everybody,

Has anyone else here struggled with the inability to stop moving ones legs? I know it sounds pretty stupid, but I have a terrible time being still. It's really hard to meditate when you start tensing up because your legs aren't moving. I have such a hard time with my mind off loading it's tension into my body, always have. Ever since I was little and was forced to set in a school chair I've had this nervous leg movement thing going on and I'm sick of it!

I was just wondering if anyone else here might have such a problem...

Suffering,
Luke
