About being complex as a person. I only am complex when it comes to certain area's of my interest. Most other things I just accept the fact that it is "true" or "false" etc... I use commen sense before I accept the fact though, if it sounds wierd or any other thing that stands out, I look further into it.

LA FORET MAUVE

It was a complex post [;)]

In fact, as for me, i think that this complexity problem is due to the fact that we always try to put words, to "logicaly" explain the illogical and unexplainable. The nature of reality is too infinite for our cognition system what we feel the urge to protect ourselve with logical thinking. A necessary reflex to avoid madness or chaos in ourserlve and in our society but it leads us to complexity...just my two cents [:)]

Hope that wasn't too confuse[:o)]

jc84corvette

That is very confused Mr.Japense man [8D][;)]

LA FORET MAUVE

hehe ! Finaly a good example ! It was pretty clear in my mind but when it comes to explain it becomes complex [:D]

Yes I am sure we all know things in our head but it is really difficult to explain to others, therefor making it a new complex interpretation to others.

Hi All.

You know, in all the reading I have done in this forum and for other research from other sources over the years, I have noticed one similar trend.  So much of what is available to us today is complex in nature, filled with 'important' technicalities and such.  But is it really that necessary to have so much complexity in our daily lives and spiritual aspirations?

I used to be a very complex person who saw all the 'shades of grey' and complexities in all things, and if I couldn't understand a thing I used to pull it apart in order to understand it more completely.  That worked well for me over the years as a means to acquire a larger data base for understanding, but when it came to the more subtle things like our nature as Spirit and the capabilities to Soul journey etc, it became a hindrance.  I reached a point where I was trying to dissect the un-dissectable !!!

Did it indicate that a time had come were the choice for complex understandings was about to give way to something every bit as subtle as the subtletly of our true nature?  Over some time I slowly let go of the NEED to know and understand all the complex relations around me.  Immediately I was rewarded with wider experiences and more deeper knowings that could not be transferred in mere words.  This allowed me to see the importance of keeping what we do Simple.

Is it so important to be able to regurgitate reams of book-learned spiritual knowledge when that perceptual base is actually limiting your ability to experience further?  Does your experiences have to conform to the technicalities imposed upon it by other people's belief-system preferences and rules?  I would think that answer is very obviously NO.

It is a part of human endeavour to dissect things to the minutest degree, to then pidgeon-hole it all and never again bring various pieces of information from widely diverse areas back to form a whole and integrated bigger picture.  We do this for control, that much is blatantly obvious.  You only need to watch any sector of humanity and you will see how we diversify everything in order to have some degree of control over it, it makes us feel more in control of our lives.

The Christians have a concept where they give all things in their lives over to God, this frees them from the intricacies and allows them to live simpler and usually happier lives.  They have a wonderful key to life right there in that statement.

In these forums you see people asking for answers to all sorts of questions, that is natural and a blessing.  Sometimes they are fortunate to be given simple and to the point replies from experienced people and sometimes they are given highly complex information that really does not help them to find their own answers.  Keeping it simple would seem to be an important factor in responding to many new questions so as to not overwhelm the asker with Data.

And this I suppose is the point to this topic, do we really need to know all there is to know about a specific topic?  Is it all just so much brain-candy to exercise our Ego and Mind with?  Many people who do and have experienced regular Journeys in the astral and/or their Soul level seem to be less inclined towards the complexities of knowledge but rather are more directed to share their experiences so that others may experiement and see if it will work for them.

Please feel free to give your open and honest opinions. [:P]

Love always.[:)]
