Already the increased attention you give to your dreams when you are conscious can result in increased dream recall.

What is very effective is starting to keep a dream diary. Put some paper and a pen besides your bed, and as soon as you wake up during the night or in the morning the first thing you do is write down your dreams.

Another effective method is: affirmations/suggestion to yourself. Just say something to yourself when you lie in bed before sleeping like: I'm going to dream now; I'm going to remember my dreams clear and vivid after waking up. After I wake up I immediately write my dreams down. You can also suggest yourself to wake up after your dreams in the middle of the night. Believe me, it really works!

This method is beginning to work for me:

Have the intent to dream more, remember dreams more vivid etc.
And then TRUST yourself that your intent is yourself.

What ive noticed is that if i trust my intent it is beginning to unfold to me what i want.

Its like when you put the intent infront of yourself and trust that everything from now on will be events that will stabilize your total self to make that intent you want come true.
Its like just because you want something really badly and have the intent doesnt mean it WILL happend.
Sometimes you need some unconscious work to get to that goal.

So, have the intent and TRUST yourself that it will come true and then let go of yourself tring to force it to come.
It will come true when you have y our intent around you, but just let it have its time to develop.

Nowdays i can remember entire dreams(several of them) without having to write them down.

Nowdays i wakeup and instantly know what ive been dreaming and they are vivid.

I will jump back to the lucid techniques when i have good vivid dreams.

Dream journals only worked to get 3 dreams in a week. I just tell my self before I sleep "I will remember my dreams" and it workes. Thanks to DOA for that great tip![;)]

Hi mo3,

In addition to the great advice other members gave you, you might want to check out the website at the link I placed at the end of this post. There is a lot of great information on the website on dreaming and lucid dreams.

The best way to dream more is to sleep more...[;)]

perfect, thanks

I have had dreams every day since :)

I'm interested in the possibility of AP'ing through lucid dreams. I used to be able to lucid dream fairly easily just by telling myself to during the day, but I haven't done that for a while.

The problem is that nowadays I almost never dream. Well, I'm told that's impossible, but what I mean is that I never remember having any dreams.  If I can't dream then my stepping stone to lucid dreaming is gone.

can anyone suggest any tips or links?
thanks
