I have to become the ball and ask it to move............? Is a ball the best object to practice with for a beginner? Any more tips for me?

Start with a VERY sensitive psi wheel in a closed container so air doesnt move it.

I may be getting ahead of myself here, but can anyone give me any pointers on moving material/physical items with my mind? Obviously this question is very broad and can't be answered with a few sentences, but does anyone know of any good books I can buy, etc.?

Astral Projection has become a reality to me, so I'm thinking about learning this new trait......
