Hi Steve,
http://www.hexe-levy.de/VKULAG2.AVI

This is one of the most believable videos i've seen online.  I'd make you a video myself but i'm taking a break from TK at the moment, due to energy pains.
Let me know in a few weeks and I can make you a believable video if you still need it

KP,
Thanks mate. Im just downloading it now. There is no need for me to download video's anymore. TK is real for me now. I got the pinwheel to move!! But a strange thing was that it move back and forth about 2mm for about 30 seconds. This was my first step and I'm gonna keep playing with it until i get a bit better at it.

I am really at the beginners level here. So if there is anyone that wants a biginners point of view on how its done then please ask. I hope a can help =)

There are people out there who get a kick out of these video's so if you got a link then lets keep the post going!

Cheers,

I'd like some TK tips for a beginner, if you don't mind, or some links. Thanks.

Sure thing,
Well it's easy enough to find training manual's out there is if want to. However do not spend your time obsessing over them. Find one or two, three at the most purely to get a general idea. Once you think you have got the general idea it's pretty much like they say on these forums. Practice and practice. For me I truly believed that I could do it. My thought process was that one day I would be able to do it but it would just take time to build up that ability. I was aiming at about two months before I expected to see any results. So you see I believed it would happen but just not straight away which is a good way of thinking.

Before you try an TK, you should get into the habbit of meditating. From what I have read, this is absolutely neccessary to silence the mind which is essential for beginners like myself. Perhaps later when the confidence is there I will be able to skip this step.

It is also said that it requires a gentle inattention. I remember sitting there and smiling slightly to myself thinking "It will happen one day. I don't care what happens now because this is just training." I believe it was that "I dont care" attitude that helped the most. Give it a try. Don't take it too seriously and just have fun with it. =) Now get out there and start training!

Here is a link.
Some dodgy stuff here but nice pin-wheel stuff. Hard to get it to spin as smooth as they do if it was wind or sumthing fake.

It is possible. Just takes all the practise you can give it.

KP, where did you get the video. Its in another language?what title is it under?

Somoene posted that link on the Psipog forums, I got it from there.

Yes, Nina Kulagina a famous Russian telekinetic.  She used a dangerous technique to perform TK which left her losing weight and feeling very tired after each session.   I think around the age of 50 she also died of heart failure.

Be careful, don't overdo the practice.  I practiced a great deal the first few weeks and later had some very uncomfortable pains in my left arm & wrist.

KP,
I need some help with the pin-wheel. Thing is, when I have the attitude "OK. Now I am just training up the TK muscle. I dont expect any results now and Im happy to train without them." Then that is when i get it to move or turn slightly which is the most common. Once I see it move then i tend to know that I can move it and that puts the pressure on and you know it wont move when you concentrate hard on it. Theres no way. Last night I had success with imagining myself in a kind of fighting simulator. Sort of Matrix stuff. Thing was that I was throwing fire balls and all the challangers that would pop up. I was smashing them from all angles. The main purpose of this was to get adreniline through my whole body. It was like a Ki power up in a sense. This seemed to help a little. Can you suggest a method of thinking after I get the first movement because that is where i get stumped =(

Cheers mate,

Hey all,

I thought it was time to make a come back after almost a year away, as a few people have been emailing me asking questions to do with Ki and telekenesis and the sort. Oh yeah..don't click on the link on the second post. It doesn't work anymore. It used to have an old film of a russian lady performing strong telekinesis.

Basically I gave up playing with ki and telekenesis because it is very draining and I don't really like to throw away what little energy I have when i could be using it for something more constructive. I can however understand if you have taken a fascination to it as I did. It's very exciting and a good trick to show your friends. Don't let your ego get in the way though.

For those starting out. I started with really basic stuff and got a lot of my training information from Psipog.net before the forums got shut down. You can still get article's from there but not discuss them on the forums. I started with the pin-wheel which i found as a good first exercise because if you work at it then it WILL work and its good for breaking down your, "I'm not really sure if this stuff is real" negative talk.

I'm tempted to go into a sob story about why psipog.net shut down and why the same type of thing is destructing certain area's of Astralpulse. So I will end it kindly here and hope you gained a little something here.

Cheers,
-Steve-

Hiya All,
I'm curious if anyone knows of some links to sites that have legitimate looking video's of people bending spoon or performing telekinesis? There is on that I know of posted on the Telekinesis forum posted by Tom but if we know of any others then I think that it would be a bit of a confidence builder to see it happen for people starting out.
Cheers,
