Greetings Chris!

It will be most interesting to see if the voices you heard were indeed precognition regarding the condition and immdiate future of the Pope.

I am particularly interested in what level and type of meditation you place yourself into to achieve this state, and also the out of body state which you say you usually proceed to achieve. Could you possibly tell us a bit more?

Thanks!

Best regards,

Adrian.

Adrian,

I've been doing serious meditation now for about the last 3 1/2 years.  I read astral dynamics quite a while back and integrated some of the excellent techniques into my own system.  I have been a regular poster on the old forum for a couple years now under the same name Chris.  I've shared many of my techniques and thoughts and will continue to do so.  Achieving OBE is pretty second nature to me now, although I purposely don't do it more than once or twice a week since I noticed that projecting the energy body too frequently causes my physical body to become sick.

What I continually attempt to refine is my level of control during meditation and OBE.  I have identified some very key principles (that work for me at least).  However, a lot of the control issues tend to be things I would classify in the area of "feel".  It's like teaching someone to drive a car.  You can show them the principles and they can take a class and they can watch you do it, but in the end they just need to develop their own "feel" for the clutch and steering wheel etc... and every car has it's own "feel"... it's very difficult to convey "feel".  That is where the true mastery in most things lie.

Later when I get some more time, I'll attempt to describe some my "feel" to the best degree I can.  Just don't expect to understand it.  Some will, some won't.

I heard that the next pope after the current pope will be the last one before the end of the world.  All the known prophecies end about the year of 2015.  One prophet, Malachy, or Malachi, I don't remember the spelling, prophesied all the popes, and there is only one left according to his writings.

I read something (i think on drudge report) that the pope was really really sick and considering resigning very soon.  Apparently he was in bedrest for like 7 months, and just made an appearance, and was shaking and visibly ill.
or something like that

Also the marian apparitions (virgin mary) are also increasing around the world, one site in medjugorje claim they have the 10 secrets (6 visionaries receiving the secrest) and are going to release them to the public few days before they happen. First few secrets will be signs from God and the last ones will be chastisements that can't be eliminated (only reduced by prayer/fasting).  So far 3 of the 6 visionaries have all 10 secrets from 1981 til now, the other three have around 9 secrets out of 10,  these people also are adults now so I can see around (can't be exactly though) around year 2010 and on the events will start to unfold as soon as all of those 6 visionaries receiving all 10 secrets.

This stuff is to wacky for a non-religious person like me

That's all very interesting to me. Now i'm not religious, but I have my own beliefs. I think religion is a sign of weakness in society, because theres always someone telling you what to believe. But thats a whole different topic. Anyways, I can see all that happening, as it ties in with everything I think is going to unfold in 2012. It has already begun, the state of the world right now is evident of that.

Grenade, I thought the same thing till I bought the book "The Fatima Secret".

Compelling.

To go further on weagles comments;

June 24, 1981, Medgorje apparitions occured. The two teenagers, Ivanka and Mirjana were given ten secrets and were told that all will be in their lifetime, and they're only allowed to reveal the secrets ten days before their occurence.

In terms of the Popes, it is based on an old prophecy of Saint Malachy, born in 1094.

I wont go into all the predictions, but here are some:

"De labore solis", "from the work of the sun" refers to the current pope - John Paul II who has been pope since '78, and was born on may 18, 1920 during a solar eclipse. During his Pontificate, on August 11 1999 the great solar eclipse of Europe, the last one of the millenium, occured.

The next pope is labelled as the last, and the words "Gloria olivae" refer to him - "The fame of the olive tree". The olive tree is a symbol of peace.

After this it is told "during the last persecution of the holy Roman Church, Peter II, the Roman, will reign. He will shepherd his sheep through many trials. When this is finished, the city of the seven hills will be destroyed and the terrible judge will pass judgement over his people. The End."

I believe this and the prophecies of Saint Malachy are "sequels" to Fatima and list what the last Fatima Secret has never revealed - the end of the papacy, or the world, or the roman church, or what? Who knows.. perhaps the Fatima secret is more detailed, but, well, who knows...

All I can say is that after having read this book I truly believe now in some of the miracles linked to religion. I am not a religous person, the book didnt "convert" me, but I believe the proof for these Marian prophecies is overwhelming.

Chris, I don't know if you remember me.  We had some discussions on the old forum.  I, too, live in Seattle.

I was wondering if it would be possible for you to mention here your meditation routine and how it has changed and evolved over the years.

Chris

Hi Brian,

I remember you.  It's an interesting thing about how my meditation started, evolved, and where it's at now.  When I first started a form of meditaiton it was as a young child about 12 or 13.  It was a simple meditation of simply concentrating my attention on my Dan Tien or lower abdomen.  I was told to do this by my Kung Fu teacher.  I wasn't very good and doing it, but after doing it for a little while I started having experiences.  Over the years off and on I would practice this technique when practicing my martial arts.  I noticed that it would charge me but sometimes I was lazy and didn't do it.  I didn't start doing meditation really seriously until about 3 and 1/2 years ago or so.  Around that time I realized that many experiences I had had when i was young were OBE's.  I started experimenting myself using my own intuition and got some decent results and more obe's.  I then read Roberts book and started applying some of his techniques with good results.  However, I continued to experiment.  Right now at this point I'm using what for me is a really effective technique.

Basically, I take about 5 minutes to "scan" my body up the legs, arms, and body.  I go Up and down the body with energy bounce like techniques imagining these rings of energy slicing through me and smoothing my energy.  I do not try to stretch my energy body but rather smooth my energy body which results in great relaxation.  Then after that I focus my mind on my lower abdomen and imagine a large ball of energy forming there.  I put my hands on my belly.  I focus all my attention on doing this.  Then I make the ball of energy rotate forward so the energy courses out my abdomen over my hands, down to my genitals, under my body and back in through my tailbone and back around.  Basically a energy ball about the diameter of my belly, going through my body, rotating forward.  The sharper my focus, the better.  As I do this I "open" my legs and feel the energy outside of me flowing in.  the energy ball starts to get very strong.  If I go to sleep like this I have very vivid dreams.  If i do it in the morning after waking up on the weekends I'll have out of bodies and visions.  I try to do this everyday just to build energy.  Once i have formed the energy ball and it is very strong, sometimes I will lift the energy ball upward on my body and stimulate the other chakras.  i will also take the ball of energy to areas on my body that might need healing.  I'm focussing my efforts right now on healing rather than out of body.

Of all the things that are very important to exercise, I will say that "focus" is the most important.  Most people have a very low ability to focus or concentrate.  It's not about clearing your mind.  It's about focus.  I believe that with a strong enough focus, one can acheive the ability to effect this reality in great ways.  I believe that we live in a reality that is resistant to change so that we have to learn to focus.  We don't get results without focus.  Read the book by Dean Kraft on healing and his ability to do psychokinesis.  In that book you will notice that his ability seems to be directly proportional to his ability to focus.  Most of us are probably like a person who can only bench press 100 lbs.  Lets say that in order to effect a physical change like in healing or moving a physical object with your mind, you need to be able to mentally bench press 500lbs.  So, most people would try and bench 500lbs and can't even budge it so they give up.  then, there are people who really dedicate themselves to bulking up.  They bench press every day with regularity.  after a while they can bench 300lbs and then finally 500lbs and suddenly they can move physical objects with their mind and heal people with great efficacy.  This is what I'm working on.  I have noticed that the more I focus with regularity, the easier the meditation becomes.  You cannot be lazy if you want to accomplish your goals.  I do not believe there is a shortcut.  Perhaps those who come into this life with natural talent are persons who have already built up those abilities in previous lives through hard work.  In order to have great abilities, you must apply yourself in a great way.  Anyway, I hope that helps. There is more but I don't have time to write it now.

Perhaps sometime in the future with enough regular focus I will be able to effect healings and controlled psychokinesis.  Right now I have proven certain things to myself through the experiences that I have had.  However, I would now like to move toward effecting external physical results (psychokinesis and healing) so as to demonstrate the efficacy of certain techniques to others.

Thanks for the info, Chris.  It was great.  I am always fascinated by your experiences.  In what part of town do (did) you practice martial arts?

The question to learning focus his how to make it progressive enough and interesting enough to keep at it?

Your meditation exercise seems very powerful.  I, too, have noticed a correlation between storing energy and OBEs.  There must be something to that.  I suppose it follows that the more energy one has available, the more likely one would be able to OBE.  The key after that is simply remembering it!

Chris

Brian,

I've personally taught about 8 different people how to do meditation with my personal techniques.  So far only a couple of them have been able to have any success on their own from my just describing it to them in words.  That's part of the reason I don't find a lot of motivation to write every detail out for people.   When people read on a page or hear it one time in a conversation, they miss very vital information... even when I pause and emphasize certain points to them.  It's a funny thing how the mind works.  You see, we only hear what we can understand at any given moment.  We color it and interpret it and it loses it's real meaning... or the true meaning I am trying to convey and thus the technique is not really done well and they get little to no results.

However, so far EVERYONE whom I have led through meditations personally has then come to understand the principles well enough to see immediate direct results afterward ranging from increased energy and health, to OBE and visions.  I find that if I am there personally leading them through the meditation, they do not have to understand the principles or remember the whole thing.  They just have to do what I say as I guide them through the meditation.  After having gone through guided meditation once or twice they can usually start doing it on their own with success. It is sort of like the difference between just telling someone how to drive, giving them the keys and leaving them alone to go do it, and actually being in the car with them guiding them through the process of learning to drive.  Most people need a guide the first time.  Then, once they've got the "feel" for it, they can go at it on their own from there.  There are those few people though, who would just take the keys and go for it and get along fine.  I'm one of those types I guess.  Robert is definitely one of those types, and I know there are a few others on this forum who would also be in that group.

With regard to motivation then, I would say that if you are doing the meditation correctly, you will have results immediately in the form of increased physical energy, vitality, strength, immune system etc.  Once you FEEL the difference, you will be hooked.  Certainly there are days when I'm feeling lazy and lag off.  However, when I let a day or two go by without it, I immediately feel my energy becoming scattered, clogged, and week compared to what it is when I'm doing meditation regularly.  I do the meditation and bingo I'm back to feeling good.  The results become more and more pronounced as you grow with it.

Dedicate yourself to doing a fully dedicated program of meditation for at least 3 days, or attend a classroom setting where you can be guided through it to keep your attention and focus.  Although I don't find some forms of common meditation techniques / schools out there to be the most effective, they can be good places to start to build up your ability to focus.

Excellent thoughts, Chris.  One last question:  How long does your meditation technique take on average?

Chris

On average I can do a 20 minute meditation after work and feel very good for the rest of the day.  If I go 30 or 40 minutes I'll be very very charged.  Some days I need a little longer time and others I can do it in a shorter time.  I just do it until I intuitively "know" that it is time to stop and get up.  Sometimes I just black out and then springggggg! I snap out of it feeling really good.  I usually don't have visionary or OBE experiences during the mid day.  Those usually happen in the early morning after a good nights sleep.  I find that doing the meditation in the early morning really works well since the body is so relaxed.  However, I don't really have much time to do so on work days so I usually have my experiences on the weekends.  My meditation during the week is usually after work around 5-5:30 pm just to give me a boost before going to work out or practice martial arts.  Then i do the meditaiton for another 15 to 20 minutes after my workout which re-energizes me after the energy I spent working out.

Chris

Hi guys,

Yesterday I was doing a meditation and as usual was able to achieve an out of body.  However, before I left my body I just layed there listening to all the chatter I was picking up like a radio switching stations rapidly down the dial.  At one point I heard very loud and clear a man's voice say, "The pope is near to death" and then it faded out and other things replaced it.  So, I don't know if I picked up on something current, future, or past, but just thought it would be good to keep in mind.  I've heard that there were some individuals who had visions of very bad things happening near or after the time of the death of the current pope.

Peace to all,
Chris
