We don't need one topic. When you have a problem with another poster you're supposed to take it to an Administrator or  a Moderator directly. They'll straighten things out that way.

Besides, didn't they ban XVirus' IP or something?

It's easy enough for a person to reconfigure/change their IP address. Anybody with half a brain can do it. Unfortunately, xvirus is probably some kind of hacker. I think it's going to take more than banning him.
