cool but I have one more question, what wwere those High pitch voices and sounds I heard Ive never experienced that before[]

That just ...happens... when you exit. I've heard buzzes, and a weird voice calling my name, nothing really loud though because I haven't gotten that close.

But these voices where ear pericing loud and they high pitch frequency. They only stoped when I felt the pull.[]

Often people hear odd sounds as they move from normal conciousness into an OBE. They can be pretty scary, and very lifelike. Just ignore them. Think of them as interference, like when changing a radio from one channel to the other. Except in this case, you are "tuning" the focus of your mind, from the physical, towards an aspect of the non-physical.

Voices are also commonplace. You might sense that there is someone / something else in the room. In some situations you might feel hands on your body, which isn't much fun. Just remember that whatever you perceive, you'll come to no harm.

Controlling the emotions of excitement / fear is another thing altogether ! dunno how to do that properly yet....

Im not sure what this was but last night after seeing all of these post on OBE I decided to try it agin becuase I have been unsuccessful in getting an OBE so I was laying down in my room with all the lights out I was really tired an Idecide to meditate now halfway into my meditation I was half awake and half asleep and all of a sudden I heard these High pitch noises and high pitch voices and then there was a flash and I felt a very very strong pull that I thought somebody had yanked me up and then I thought I was looking at my celling and light fixture right in front of me then I got excited and it kind off faded away after that it felt like I just woke up out of a trance i felt really weak and very tired, was it an OBE?
