Hey corvette,

Last time I woke up with vibs in the middle of the night. That means that I was in a dream, visiting my basement, which suddently turned black. I could not turn on the light and realised I was in a dream, and even thought I was in the astral (as my basement looked so real). Then in the blackness of my basement, as I was being more lucid, I found myself awake in my bed.
I did not move an inch, just kept very close to that transe state where I was and thought about OBE. The vibs came up they were very strong and lasted for a few seconds at most, I thought of getting out and had the floatation feeling. Then I figure out that I might end up again in the dark basement and decided to "stay" in my good old body.

Two other times that I woke up in the morning I intentionally did not move and tried to keep that feeling of the transe from the sleep state. I searched for that sensation of free fall to trigger the vibrations. The vibrations came very strong. One time I just waited until the vibs dissapeared. The other time I got up the bed when the vibs were maximal and got up from my physical body into the astral.

Another time, long ago, from a lucid dream I tried to wake up, but got stuck in the "dark place" for a little while. Eventually of course I woke up. No vibs.

PS: Sorry, it looks as if my avatar is staring at your avatar...

I usually wake with vibes in the middle of the night-never looked at the clock to find ouut how long i have been sleeping. Usually it is the week before the full moon to a couple days after the full moon. Sometiumes it feels like i am being slammed into a wall and i project, othertimes i wake to go to the bathroom and i notice that i am tingling all over. Usually this is after i have fallen asleep doing energy work. When it is intense it can come 4-5 times a night and i may do one good projection and another that i just sink or don't go anywhere.
In the world in general and in this nation
May not even the names disease, famine, war, and suffering be heard.
May virtuous qualities, merit, and prosperity greatly increase
And may continuous good fortune and subline well-being perfectly arise.

Personally, I never wake up with vibes.  In fact, I would say 99.9% of my projections never experience any sort of detectable shaking vibration.

On the contrary, when I'm about to project, my body gets extremely numb.  It's a little tough to describe, but when I feel that way, I imagine my arm start to melt into the ground.  Once I feel that "melting" sensation, I know that my astral arm is in fact out of my physical body.  I then exert a little effort and separate completely from the body.

I only say this because not everyone will experience vibrations, so don't try and focus on them too much.  In my opinion, many people look for these vibrations, and then they get discouraged when they don't experience them, or think that they are not making progress.
Keep smiling,

Ive had a lot of dreams of having vibes, and I usually wake up with an intent to astral project but always slip into dreams. Wether I actually woke up or dreamed of wakeing is not known to me, but the vibrations always feel super real, I guess very early morning or middle night is when i have them ( between 2-5am).

Thank ya'll for the great replies! I can not wake up with vibes, but being able to wake up any time in the night, remember the dream I just had, then go back to bed and start the process again and again with new dreams! :-D

Waking up with vibes is waking up for no reason, going back to sleep, and your whole body starts vibrating. Thats my experience anyway. I recently started AP practice again and I must say I love what the astral feels like. It does feel dreamy after I awake, but it feels as real as real gets while Im there. VERY interesting exeperiences. Good luck

"Waking up with vibes"

I hear that all the time. Never happens to me.
Answer the questions below to help me understand:

1.When do you wake up? Is it normal time or in the middle of the night?

2.How long do they last?
