Funny feeling around my head

I wouldn't worry.  You may feel lots of funny things when you start watching yourself get closer and closer to the astral realms.  It's because your physical body is fading away, and your spiritual body is coming to the forefront.  

Just trust the feelings and go along with the ride.

I thnk i know what your talkin bout, your mindspace spinds around, sometimes it makes you a little dizzy? sometimes after the spinning stops it feels like im wearing a hat. I get the same sensations when i concentrate on my third eye and crown chakra, so i think the spinning might be an indicator to us that something is going on there. Just what is going on? Maybe the sensation is an indicator that we are entering another state of consciousness. Usually following the spinning sensation i can focus a lot clearer on running energy through my system or whatever it is im trying to do, maybe its one of those shifts from beta to alpha or theta.

When I am relaxed and concentrate to the darkness I get this feeling in or out of my head. Its like my astral head is moving in a circular pattern. Its like my concious/sub con is moving around my head or something. Know what I mean? What is this?
