False awakenings...

I have only had it twice in a row.  The third time I woke up, and actually being awake this time, I just sat there for a few minutes trying to figure out if I was awake or not.  I ended up spending the rest of the day doing that really.  Every time some thing even slightly odd would happen I would wait to see if I was going to wake up again.

Kinda annoying really.

Yeah, false awakenings can be annoying but I still like them.
I think I had two in a row, maybe three.

What I'm wondering is how far did some of other people's false awakenings go? I had one in which I was in the bathroom downstairs, brushing my teeth and then suddenly I really woke up. God, was that annoying haha! I hate getting out of bed early and now I had to do it twice in row! That pretty much sucked...

I had a good half a day one time.  I managed to get to work and go half way through my shift before things started getting screwy.  That's a good 7 hours or so in "dream time".

My false awakenings don't last much, maybe 1-2mns, like most of my lucid dreams...
Sometimes, I am really happy to realize that it was a false awakening; especially when I was waking up with a screwed body: all my teeth broke and I have the mouth full of them []; or my eyes/vision is a mess like 1 eye is lower than its socket and the other one is higher.  I always think "Shiiit, what did I do this time!!!" []

cainam_nazier, what a waste of a good obe, not that you could have done anything about it since it looked normal. How did you get it to last that long? What did you do when you realized you hadnt been on earth for the last few hours?

I have only had one false awakening that I can recall. I got up and spend the 10 - 20 minutes getting ready for work when suddenly I woke up to the alarm going off. I was a little confused, then disappointed that I wasted that time getting ready instead of going off and exploring, then upset that I had to do it all again.

I've had four or five "false awakenings" in a row.
Every time hurrying to reach the bus, woke up every time after about ten minutes.. I did not make the bus..

I really didn't do anything to get it to last that long.  I did not have a clue anything was wrong or different.  At the time I was just going about my day as I normally would.  Actually it would have been a very productive day a work if it had been real.

Like I said I didn't realize anything was wrong until I started having some problems.  I was cleaning and noticed some water runing under some of the equipment I was hozing off.  The crack in the floor should not have been there.  When I looked I noticed a room under the floor that also should not have been there.  I spent the next ten minutes or so trying to get to the room and some time durring that I realized what was going on.  When I looked at where I was and what I was doing I fully realized I was dreaming or something and then everything just started to fade away.

I was kinda bumbed because I knew I had to wake up so I could go "back to work".[]

Not especially lucid dreaming oriented but, what was your highest number of nested false awakening...?

Myself, it was 4 in a row.  Got a lil scared after the 3rd one, wondering if I would be able to really wake up again... []
