Somthing is bothering me greatly, Every time i meditate now i feel as if im in a ball a very small one that surrounding my body. I feel the energy like its mied with other energy, But wha tim trying to do si release and and be comforble*Cant remember how to spell it*  but its like it wont let me. Then i try and forc eit then i pop out meditation. Does anyone know what it mean when your like in a bumbble full of energy that all compact?
