OBE that never stops

Woah, you just posted something very similar to me, I had an OBE/Projection experience that really messed me up too, check it out here:

What after effects did you have?
I felt really detatched from reality...

I felt really depressed and stuff, there was no purpose for me in life anymore. It's still the same. Yeah, like your completely detachted from reality. There are some things I want to keep for myself.

But for example: I had a dream, at least I thought it was a dream. I was moving around in some big blue area, and then poof I was somewhere and everything was so real, every detail was an exact copy of reality like I turned into a ghost or something.

Also some people are looking at me very weird, some people even ask questions about everything such as: what's wrong with you, why are you dressed in black clothes, etc. etc.

When I tried my first OBE, I did it by concentrating on a globe. When I started to get out of my body, everything went yellow (That's the auric color of the blue globe). And I was scared, i wanted to stop. But that night I couldn't sleep anymore cause when I tried to relax my spirit wanted to get out of my body and I didn't want to. So next morning I was perfectly awake, but there were still some strange things like my bread tasted differently. Weeks after that I still had some problems with getting asleep and other things happened where I don't want to talk about. Right now I can't stand light as good as normal people, sometimes i've problems concentrating and even weirder things.
