anyone ever hear a spider sqeak?

Maybe it was the noise the spider made with its legs while jumping off the leaf? Or it was the leaf itself that made that noise when you "brushed" it on the blanket? I don't think the spider can make noise with ---hum--- its mouse or whatsoever it has there, but rather with some part of its body, like the crikets that make so much noise while "rubbing" their legs .... just a hint....

I have spoken with a spider that I thought was the leader of the other spiders around my house.  I had been biten every night by spiders for like a month straight so I was trying to convince the spider that I did not deserve to be biten.  We came to an understanding.  I have not been biten since.  Granted I was out of my mind on drugs at the time so probably not too helpful.  but, kinda interesting none the less.

oh, and I have heard of shrieking spiders on the discovery channel I think.  That is if I remember correctly.  go to the library and look it up in a book

Shaman- I don't know where the sound came from, but I heard a screech,squeak sound when it jumped off & I also got the feeling she was reaally p.o'd.

Ok, I don't know where to put this but had a weird experience the other day. When we were covering the pool for the winter, there was a spider who had laid an egg sack. I took a leaf and brushed her off the blanket so we could unroll it. She jumped and I swear she shrieked at me. I"ve never heard a spider make noises before & wondered if anyone else has?
