Just be sure to go through the exercises beginning to end, spend enough time on them and do *not* skip anything.  It may be somewhat boring at first, but if you put the effort into it, you should get results relatively quickly.

Yes, N.E.W. guide does give great results. I have been training from that guide for about one week, and I have seen outstanding results! I have a question though, on the full body circuit technique, does that increase your strength as well, like if you do pushups will you be able to do more or what?

Energy can increase physical strength for short times. I can make the chain on my bicycle skip gears when I pedal hard using enery, and I pass cars. But 15 seconds later I run out of energy and they pass me.
