Hello Tenacious! Im so pleased that i did it, it was confusing at first, the very hard thing is to know if it is you imagining it, or is it really the Zeta, i made my own mind up, because i believe it was the Zeta. As i progress i will then know that it is the Zeta, because i will be talking to them, with their voices hopefully, and an image of them, which as of now i cannot do.

Questions one: The Zeta are here to help as far is i know Intelligent people, far advanced from us, From what i have heard, they are the aliens which everyone describes as, black oval eyes, grey, thin body etc etc, there trying to prepare us for the "PoleShift" which i know little about as of yet, because i am a beginner. they are also nice people, not evil like people say Aliens are![]

Your second question: I heard a voice yes. well its hard to explain, its not like a voice like Slow and Sturdy, like people would expect aliens to talk as, adn because i am a beginner i do not know as of yet how they speak, it wass just done through my mind, like it was me thinking something, right now think in your head anything, you hear yourself saying it in your head??? Well thats how it sounded as a beginner!

The AP question, it was not the AP which you think it is, like getting vibrations, splitting etc, my guide Sherna took my subconscious mind to wherever she wanted to take me, there i was visualizing what was heppening
