I would also like to hear some recommendations on the best way to begin, maintain, and acclerate communication with my guide. i feel like i am in a point in my life where a little guidance from my higher self / guide is trully needed, so please reply with your suggestions.

There's a popular thread on this forum about using a pendulum. Seems like a good method for communicating with your higher self.

The only problem ive found in pendulems is you can never be sure if you are talking with a guide or not and there is a very real potential to bieng messed around, also you are limited to yes no answers, in my limited expirience i would put the pendulem down until you have contacted your guide/s and then you might only want to use it for a quick fix.

Im sure there´s loads of great books, but the one I read was "meeting and working with Spirit Guide´s" by Ted Andrews, I hadent even finished the book when I met one of my guides and have since started to become phsycic and clairvoyant. I would recomend taking it slow and learn about it properly, and heed all the advice that any good book should give you and im sure you will have amazing results, i wish you luck x

ok i've been tring to do auntomatic handwriting for w while now but it doesn't work becuz i can't relax and all i need is a good method to acheiving automatic handwriting and contacting my guide please help
