Many animals are more sensative to thier enviroments, more so it seems cats.  I have lived with many different cats and although it seems to be stronger in some they all are effected the same.  The one thing I have noticed is at times it would seem that "we", being me and the cats, were looking at the same things.  As to there being any scientific evidence to support this I do not know.  But cats have been spiritual icons since the Egyptian times and show up many times in various other mythologies.
The most well known is that of Egyptian where cats were the guardians of the underworld, if I remember correctly. Natural deduction would say that for some thing to be able to guard or guard against some thing they would need to be able to see it.

My friend who's a witch has three cats, whom he refers to as 'spirit familiars.' He talks to his cats like they're people, and apparently they talk back telepathically. The little one, appropriately named 'Little,' will watch things move/fly around all the time. My friend says they're faeries or something. Heh.

Anyway, David pretty much summed it up. It's fun to observe them observing something unseen, and really try communicating with your cats. If they ever tried and gave up talking to humans, they'd pick it up again pretty quick if you treated them like they understood, because they do.

Does anybody know if your normal house cat can see things in the astral? I have two cats and one cat seems to be a little smarter than the other. So it is usually the smarter one  that I notice doing weird things every so often. Like she will be sitting on the recliner in the living room and I will just watch her on occasion... the room is still and nothing going on... all of a sudden she will be looking around in surprise like she's watching a fly fly around the room. Yet there is no fly. She does this often. I am wondering...

does anyone have any info on this?

Thanks for any thoughts on the matter!
