wow!!!! cartoons. I wish I could see that. That must be amazing. The only strange thing that I saw was a old old man, who was naked, and didnt have a head. I laugh about it now but at the time it was very scarey. I even asked him"your not from this world are you??? He said no. He kept trying to get me to go somewhere with him but I went back to my body.
After I woke up I thought to myself"how did he talk to me if he had no head???
I believe a lot of the obe process is learning. For me, I learned that no one is ever really using their voice, its all through the mind.

This was the begining of my experiances.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share 2 experiences I had today during my sleep trance.

Well, my dream had just ended but I felt I could still get back, so I yelled 'I just wanted to stay there!', then I noticed myself in bed looking to my right side. I see a girl sitting on the floor facing the other side, she is wrapped in sheets, probably 10 years old. I try to call her but she won't turn her head. I start to talk alot, trying to move and poke her on the shoulder, I can't reach out. I try to stand up and get out of bed in projection but I can't separate, and while I strain to rise I see the girl standing up, still back on me, she moves like I was trying to move, she goes where I intended to go, as if moving for me, or maybe she is me... all of a sudden she turns around and I can see her face. I keep talking and I can't hear anything from her, she just keeps on making faces, then I stretch out my arms towards her and move my hands from side to side to get a reaction, nothing, I can see my arms stretched out and I even think these are my real physical arms... when I got back I found they were not.

After this I sleep some more and later find myself in trance again.

In light trance I try to sing a song, I can't hear my voice this time. I go deeper trying to project again, only to find more hypnagogic images. I'm supposedly still in bed anew with my eyes opened. I see people at the door, it's opened... they are not consistent people, they are cartoons, they have their own light and simple outlines. I try to make contact with them, they seem to react better than the girl, they gesticulate to me, but don't get closer. I try to talk and my voice won't come out yet, then I speak by thought. An angry big fat cartoon appears at the door and I give them nicknames, I call the big fat guy João Gordo, then I tease him to make him get closer. I ask him to pull me out of my body, but he just stands at the door making grimaces. I see alot of people passing by the hallway, I mean, alot of cartoons, none famous though. I see the daylight changing and fading, as if the time was passing extremely fast. I wonder if I'm looking through a very peculiar dimension. I can't get up and walk to the door no matter how hard I try. I feel a great need to blink many times, I can do it without breaking the trance and having the images disappear. Meanwhile another guy shows up at the door, this one looks more friendly, together with Joao Gordo he comes closer to me, it looks like he's gonna pull me out. I get very happy and start to laugh alot, I can't stop talking (thinking) even though I hear nothing from them. Gordo stands still in front of me, his body is huge but he has a child's face. He stares at me, he looks worried as if thinking 'What did I do? What happened to him?', that's when I notice I've been in that alternate reality for a long time, I wonder if that could have had endangered my body somehow, and by worry I allow myself to awake. I remain still in catalepsy for some time just enjoying it.

On both cases when I woke up and opened my real eyes I noticed I was staring at the same place that the images appeared. They didn't take shape from anything in my room, I was probably seeing through my eyelids.
Where does this silence come from?
