Need Detailed Help on Psi Balls

If I read your post right, you are feeling at least the beginnings of a psi ball. I will not pretend to be knowing about this. I just know what I think a psi ball is, and what it feels like to me (As I still have small doubts about it being a real psi ball).

What I do, it bring my hands together about a foot apart, and hold them there. Then I wait until I feel something like a tingly shock. Then I move my ahnds closer together. I feel it compressing the energy between my hands. I then get to a point where I can feel what I would describe like tendrils comming out of it running along my hands. Then I can feel it pusing within my hands.

In my experience, it will feel like a magnet is pulling your hands together, and if you try to pull apart, you will feel a nagnetic pull on your hands. Also, you will feel heat.

IMHO, you're attempts at creating a psi ball have led you to something far more beneficial. Psi balls are fun, and some limited practical application, but if you have learned to see auras as a part of this, that is a far more valuable thing.

when i try to make a psiball i end up with a feeilng of randomly circulating energy inside and immediately outside my hand, but... it certainly doesn't take any "form" and it doesn't feel like a ball... and like it just stays where my hand is.. i can't "throw" it or do anything with it... realy... I can send the energy to other parts of my body via the... tactile imagery type thing where i just move my focus from my hand to somewhere else and try to feel the energy move there...

but I'm not seeing anything and I'm not feeling a ball of any sorts...

oddly, when I dream, I can (usually) make psiballs, visible ones, using the same techinque, and they take the feel of jello kind of, rigid, yet not... they can be turned into fire pretty easy, ice a bit harder, and electricity (usually hardest) I have tried healing dream figures (who got in the way of my fire practice :/) with minal success...

So the explanations that might arise are: I have way more energy while sleeping so I am really making psi balls... or: my mind is just imagining what a psi ball should be like.

if it's the latter, how come I can't vividly imagine/feel the psiball in real life like I do in the dreams? Shouldn't it become a familiar act of memory that I could carry over into real life to at the very least TRICK myself into thinking I have a psi ball and perhaps, seeing it?

I don't know I mean I feel energy just fine, anywhere I want to feel it (some places harder to do than others) so isn't that all that is required of channeling that energy somewhere or into something? I might just not have enough I guess...... it's kind of hard to think that I spontaneously started having somatic hallucinations throughout my body when I first started energy work though.. it seems real... and if I accidently do energy work while on the computer it can make me feel really dizzy/tripy if I direct it to my head accidentally... kind of like a meditation type feeilng.

Any advice? Does just imagining that you are channeling energy from another source work or do you really have to actually try and draw that energy in with your mind and feel it coming from somewhere else?

From my experience you generate the energy and merely imagining it coming from somewhere else is a visualization that helps the subconcious mind realize to generate that energy.  I either go into a light trance and ask my higher self to give me an energy ball pre-programmed to do whatever I want it to do or zoom out to everything that exists (not just earth, not just this solar system, a comprehensive picture of everything) and imagine lightning bolts coming from everything to me with my body acting as a lightning rod.  I then phocus said lightning energy into my hands as a ball.  Oh and in case you wondered I am pretty great with psiballs.  I've been known to do minor pranks such as giving headaches with them (sometimes over MSN.)[]
What isn't practical about a maintainable energy ball that can do pretty much whatever you want it to do as long as it stays along its level of energy it has, James S?  And I too found other psychic related skills easier after I could make psiballs.

wow, okay this sounds wierd but, i just found out how to access all the threads that i replied too or made, and found this one I made.  I made this and then i remember a couple days later that noone yet replied to this post.  

O man, lol question bout this psiball stuff.  Since I made this thread, I've learned energy basicly on my own but without the understanding of it form books so here goes the questions.

- Why has the energy development exercizes i been doing made me be able to see auras?

- I still cannot see psiballs, but  when I, am (in a nutshell) 'pretending' im making a psiballs,I CAN see what could be psiballs when I close my eyes, a ball pulsating when i make movements with my hands. this possible?

- i've done so much energy work with my hands and indivisual fingers that I can feel energy from almost anything, for example a Pen, a Spoon, Light sources, and I've learned how to discharge stored energy I create in my fingers.  But the question is, being able to feel the energy from things, what benefits can I take from this? what things should I look into? you know what I mean?

- Off the topic but when you have been doing practices for telepathy and such, and get crazy amounts of coincidences happening every day now.  How (if ANYONE can understand) do I distinguish my thoughts and the thoughts that 'I think are mine' But might be that of another person?   crazy question, not sure if I said it right.

I wouldn't say it's weird for you to develop auric sight as a result of energy exercises. I mean... You've probably developed a great brow chakra, which is the one normally associated with auric sight, as you probably know... I don't have it in sight, but I can sense them...

You're not "pretending" anything, you're visualizing, and it's necessary for making a psiball. A psiball is best thought of as a contrivance... It doesn't really mean anything in and of itself, other than the practice you get by making it. I have never seen a psiball or it's aura, but it's very easy to sense. If your hands tingle and when you move your fingers, they feel... sticky... you're doing it right. I usually project energy from my fingertips and concentrate it into a point between my hands... As long as they're cupped, I don't think the position of them matters much.

I understand your question about telepathy, and all I can add to it is... I don't know. I've asked that question myself quite a few times. When you'll think something, you won't even notice, and someone else will say it, and you'll be sort of thrown for a loop? I don't know if there is a practical way to tell that sort of thing from your own thoughts, other than very great familiarity with other forms of telepathy.

    Hey there, okay, to put this explanation as short as possible, I read some mumbo-jumbo on prog.net about psi-balls, and didnt understand it but for the last 3 weeks I have been trying to(well seeing and/or psi-balls/make one).  

 I'll tell you what I do and anyone who can actively make one can explain my flaws and what I need to do.

For some reason at the same time, this has brought me skill in seeing my aura as well, I would bring all four of my fingers together and curl them aligning them with my thumb.  I do the energy thing(feels like two magnets on there opposite sides) and imagine 'Energy' from the sun(mental thought of "energy from sun" over'n'Over again). then I would circle my fingers and my thumb parallel from eachother back and fourth, and so on.  I always think I see some kind of transparent line swayying between my fingers(Indez Finger is main finger) and my thumb. but then I always see my enormous green aura flashing out of my inner part of my hand when I extend my hand.  So am I doing this wrong? I try cuffing my hands together, but then I do not get the same(what I call it) magnet feel energy.
