The same thing happened to me since I've started trying to OBE.  I'll even have it twice a day at times.  I'm not really sure why this happened but I think that someone on here would have better theories than I do.

Deja vu isnt coincedence it's actually happened to you sometime or some place.

According to Bruce in Astral Dynamics, deja vu could be the result of the Akashic pulse.  However, if that were the case wouldn't we all get deja vu at the same time?

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I've been getting deja vu alot lately, I almost never got them until about 2 months ago. I now get them at least once a week. Is there anything strange about this? I have been putting more effort into trying to OBE lately as well...could this be it?
