Dreaming while awake

Probably because we remember our dreams best when we've been only lightly sleeping.

I can in a way I can dream with my eyes fully open. I can see the things  that aren't there. (examle: A cat lying on the floor but really there is no cat at all) That is the best way i can explain it. It's kind strange seeing things when they are not there when your paranoid (example: like when I have a feeling that a spirit is near and trying to harm me or frighten me in  a way, I can see it slowly crawling towards me or just standing there but really it isnt there) I dont know what to really call it but its kind of interesting what i see sometimes.

Its funny like that I will just shut my eyes for a few seconds just to relax and boom I am stuck whereever I have landed in dream world unless someone rouses me or I manage to snap out of it
