I'm sorry I can't give you much in the way of specifics on how to cleanse the 3rd Chakra Devi, but I can tell you certainly that you're not alone! The Solar Plexus chakra is one of the most commonly blocked or overlooked of the chakras.

My only suggestions here are check for proper spin and alignment. A lot of "blocked" chakras appear to be so simply because they are either stationary, or spinning in the wrong direction, be it clockwise or counter-clockwise. If it's spin is ok, and you're still not getting much out of this chakra, then look to it's alignment. Beyond that, you might need to consult someone knowledgeable in Reiki.

As to what the corect spin should be, I've heard many writers speak of what their theories are, but in reading of the experiences of others, and comparing them to my own, I think it is another case of we are all different. Best way to learn to test for correct spin on a chakra is to learn to "dowse" your chakras using a pendulum. Do a search on the web for these terms and you'll find the info you need. Basically it involves lying down and using a pendulum firstly over a couple of good , known working chakras to see which direction they spin in, from there you can pretty much work out how the rest of them should go. The pendulum shoul dspin in nice round circles above a good working chakra. if it doesn't spin, or the circle is more a flattened oval, then you know you have problwms with that chakra.

Once you know what direction a chakra should spin in, if you see a problem with it, it's then a matter of just concentrating on that chakra, feeding energy or white light into it, and willing it to spin in the correct direction.

Is it possible that there are psychological issues connected to the chakra that prevent it from opening further?

The best way to cleanse and open chakras is probably to become a whole and healthy person in all areas.

Hi,
I have been trying with raising kundalini for quite some time, actually already years ago.
One basic problem I encounter and never resolve is a weak third chakra. The energies from below simply don´t pass with full power up to the heart chakra and beyond. That is why I fail to develop further certain "powers", though I already count with a good intuition and empathy etc.
Does any of you have experience with cleansing the third chakra successfully and strengthening it for succeeding with raising kundalini beyond that area?
