OBE or lucid dream?

Sounds like a projection to me since you recall coming out of your physical body and could see your physical body on the bed.  Unless there was some flaw in your shadow memory download then you should probably never have to wonder if you have projected. In my experience, I always know with certainty when I project and I have never seen my physical body when in a lucid dream. So, in either case, they are both OBE's the only difference is how you get there.

Im sort of puzzled, I had what i thought to be an OBE but my surroundings were slightly different than they were in real life. I read that the higher your vibrational frequency, the more things will not look as they do in the physical world. while traveling out of body there was a vent on my ceiling (which isn't there in real life) and i heard a voice comming from this vent. i think it was another astral traveler. "David"...he said his name was. I don't remember what was said specifically, but i got the gist "he" or "it" was another person. but somebody i didn't know. and i was wondering why he was talking to me. i also heard another voice echo from outside my door..i floated over to the door, looked out. there was a person at my door. not an astral person, i don't think, but a real person who looked at me sort of puzzled, i then locked the door. and floated back over where i saw my body laying in the bed still.
before this happened though, like right after i came "out of myself"...i looked at my hands..which looked sort of like a halogram..but one with glitches.and they sort of "vibrated". i stuck my finger in my mouth to see what it would taste like....out of curosity..since other people have reported "tasting" things like drywall or stuff of that nature. it was more of a sensation than a taste. it was like sticking a 9v battery to your tounge...and it was sort of bitter and aweful tasting. has anyone else done this before with the same results?
when I shook loose from myself there were vibrations ..though i don't recall any sounds. this was my first OBE in which i heard voices. im not sure if it was a true OBE or if i only dreamed that i had an OBE. im trying to figure this out.
