Stealing/Giving Energy?

ok let me first start it off by saying that my mother has recently passed away and from then on i've had alot of dreams about her, some were very real to me some were just seen as dreams. well last night i had a dream that me and my mom had a cord attached to each other and that there was energy going some where from some-one, i felt a very powerful surge of energy come threw me and go into the cord or it was vice versa but im sure that i felt alot of energy some where and it was going threw the cord, and it was so powerful that i literally woke up jumping out my bed (on my feet) can anyone tell me what happened here? i know to my self that she wasnt just a dream character but what i want to know is what was happening and why? also to clear stuff up i feel pretty good today and was rather depressed last night. thanks for any help you can give []
