But heres something,When I was doing alot more trance work.Everytime I would close my eyes.I would start to rock back and forth.It was like my astral body was always loose.I still get this now.But no where near as bad,and it dont happen right away.One day I felt as though I was going to be sick because of it.

When I start heavy on the trance again.Im sure it will probably be like that.In the beginning I actually tried to rock myself to get out.I think my mind/body learned to do it on its own.And I cant really stop it from happening now.

You should be able to project quite easily when falling asleep.I could everytime I tried to keep myself awake.when I was feeling like I was on some kind of boat.http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>  I dont know if this is bad or not that I cant stop.

Sometimes it actually feels quite pleasant though.As long as its gentle.If you got an empty stomach.I find that it makes your rock a little more intense.

well, it is almost obvious that you are getting ready for battle, ferris. the heat waves you are talking about sparked a memory of mine about an episode of Street Fighter II V: The Series where Ryu meets the old man (i think ep 7) and he first sees Hadou. The flame you are talking about does seem a lot like the feeling i get of Ki, but i can only visualize the feeling i get; i have never seen some sort of effect of it.

but the golden energy is strange: is it more yellowy or is it more orangey? the kundalini energy that i feel feels bright gold with definite yellowish tainting, but my ki feels blue (whiteish for light ki and blackish for dark ki) so the gold thing is throwing off my understanding of what you are going through. obviously i am not meant to be a mentor or guide for you    .

two handed sword: i hate two handed swords    . i love katanas. i can barely wait until the day when i get my own Katana. that will be the day that demons have to fear    .

the rocking sensation when your eyes are closed is, if it is mundane, your balance being thrown off because you have no means of judging your vertical angel when your eyes are closed and there are no sounds to hear (scientific fact). however, if you know that it has to do with eventually ap'ing, then you should trust yourself cause i can't feel what you are going through    .

sidenote: when i sleep now, i have to manually shut down my brain because it just takes too long for it to shut down on its own, and usually when it starts to i realize what it is doing, and just as i realize what it is doing it wakes me up again because of the thought going through my mind. darn eh?  oh well.

I guess this would qualify as an encounter with higher beings....although on the physical plane.My first post was about meeting my spirit guides, though at the moment Ive never really had an obe or at least I dont remember any.          I cant hear my guides speak or see them yet, but I can feel them and every night I do an active meditation with them ,sort of like tai chi .... they guide my hands and move my body with gentle pushing and Im getting the idea that they are trying to make me aware of my energy body,now things have changed a little My hands dont get moved around and I am absorbing energy waves,creating balls of gold energyIn my hands(I can see the energy when I close my eyes)Its kind of weird I cant visualize or create pictures in my minds eye but when I do this energy stuff I close my eyes and I see very definate colours and some shapes.when I open my eyes I see what appears to be fairly faint milky white,blueish flame comiming from my hands and body and also see something resembling heat waves at certain places in the room.A few weeks ago I was doing a meditation with my guides with closed eyes and realized I was looking at the tip of a reddish gold sword I focussed on the sword a bit and found it to be a two handed sword then I realised I was  holding it though it was weightless and couldnt be seen with the physical eye I was holding the handle with my left hand and my right hand was being guided up the sharp sword end...giving me an idea of its length.And now lately I have been doing standing meditations with my guides and though Im standing still I get the feeling of moving forward and backward and side to side do you reckon this is like a loosening of my astral body? I dont know what that feels like so maybe someone reading this can tell me                                                                                                                         I often wonder why I am being shown these things as I have said before I feel like there Is a big puzzle for me to solve....... your thoughts??
