When I first started out I got that in both my feet, however it didn't have that pressure (I do get some pain though from time to time.)  It passed after awhile though.  Sorry I didn't pay closer attention to what happened to stop it but I think that you might want to try NEW.[|)]

maybey the presser is someone trying to stop you from have a obe like a spirit pushing you to stay in your body. it could be a guid maybey thinking you are not ready or somthing. just a thought though.

The "burning hands" thing happens to me all the time. Often enough to give me the time to study it []
My theory is that the burning sensation is caused by enegy movements. The go "in flames" when greater amounts of energy passes through the hands than what we are normaly used to. This is a very good thing! For me it went even further. I was doing some energy exercises, and as usual I could feel my hands getting real hot. After this my entire arms became like paralyzed, and I only felt the tangling heat. After this somewhat unexpected and surprising state, I got the feeling that my bed was moving, or at least I was. It was a very slow movenment...Like someone would lift you real slow from sleeping position until you are head-down, holding you by your ancles. I totally lost my sense of what is up and down...here or there, as this was very confusing. At some point I lost control, and I might have made an exit out of body. But I was totally unaware of this. But I think it's all because of the amounts of energies moving through our hands and body, and as I stated...a very good thing!

Ok..just a thought, but I don't think that spirits caused the preasure. They usually don't interact with our physical bodies in this way. It's a totally different thing when we are aready "out"..and there it might be possible for higher beings to do thing like trying to stop us...in the manner you said. And as I said earlier..I think (think I know) the burning feelings are caused by energy movements. For me they have eased a bit through practice, because I am now able to let greater amounts of energy flow through my hands freely...and this I have found reduces the burning sensation. Just keep practicing with energy []

hi everyone
I've got a simple question
yesterday I did my Gateway Experience exercises .At focus 10 I started to feel the cool breeze on my body, the numbness some swaying feeling and then, I could feel that my right hand is burning!!!it was this totally strange  feeling of heat and (mostly) pressure...huge pressure...as if it was about to explode...I can't say that it was a pleasurable feeling...i tried to move it to the other parts of the body , and the same thing started happening to my left had...but the right one was still "in flames"..
now...what the hell was that????any ideas??? any help will be greatly apprecieated...
