yeah those are great ideas-- i'll help out in any way i can..altho im still working on getting there but once i do i'll gladly help

i really like the training center idea cause i know i really need some flying tips...

Actually thought I could use some of the training myself, especially in self defence and energy work.

Having a place to 'go' for that would be great.

were talking in AP form right? yeah ok.

ha well i need help im just a beginner

so heres an idea you experienced people come teleport over to my house in AP form at night pull my AP form out of my body hit it a few times punch it take over me teach me how to ap then give my Ap my body back. then ill AP myself and come over and help you people build this place though course i couldnt help people.

hahaha lol if only things worked that way. no no i am not making fun of you. good idea

LOL it might be a little difficult to do that though because we dont know where you live or what u look like or anything=- OBEing would be so much easier if that was possible though...

what you can teleport as an AP? cool can you do that anyway?

well u can teleport and all but its hard to go to people that u dont know well (from my experiances)== maybe we could try to meet at API sometime though once u learn to get out

I believe right now we are concentrating on just getting to the island. Then we can add and make it more complex if needed. Training grounds does seem cool however.

yeah ok well its not the point of getting there thats easy just go through a picture of it on your wall. but the hard part is creating it aint it?

The island is created by meditating on the form of the island. The less there is to think of, the easier it is to meditate on... hense why the picture is simple.

Also, seeing as your astral body is not your real body... I seriously doubt you can tan yourself that way. After all, the sun isn't actually showing you with light, and you don't actually have skin that reacts to such light.

I have a few ideas for the island that I would like to share with everyone.

What I think would be really cool is a few training areas, where regular visitors can help the less advanced people with things like teleportation, flying, and so on. There could be set checkpoints that are a colored shape that once you've seen it, you pass the course. Like a green triangle behing the third cloud from the right, or something.

How about a place people can go for healing, if they need to recharge the batteries? The 'hospital' zone would be frequented by people who are skilled in providing such services.

I'm sure most people would like to visit for fun and social reasons, which is great, and theres no way these additions would take away from that, as long as there are highly skilled 'trainers' who are willing to spend some time out to help people out.

Would anyone like to expand on these simple ideas, or offer any different suggestions?
