THATS COOL. I HAD ONE ASTRAL PROJECTION ONCE. I WAS RISING FROM MY BODY AND LOOKING AROUND MY ROOM. OR MAYBE IT WAS AN OBE. I HAVE NO CLUE. IT WAS LIKE 6 OR 7 YEARS AGO. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT MEDITATION WAS!!! LOL

Sounds cool Jeni. I also had my first good projection in about a year last night. Being human just doesn't leave a lot of time for esoteric things sometimes.

It worked. I had my first projection this morning after doing a small amount of meditation last night. (I went to the gym the day before that)

I flew around my room, then tried to go outside. When I went through my wall, I saw total darkness (I think the impact knocked out my vision again)...The I revved up my energy and ascended into the astral, where I spent a little time...saw a whole mess of either beings or lands from a distance (don't remember which, but it all was very colourful), then I entered a realm with these floating spheres.

Not bad for my first projection in months!!!
