please help me with telekinesis

Start out by making a Psi wheel.  Get you a squared piece of paper 1.5 by 1.5 inches and fold it in half both ways and then in half both diagonals.  Just concentrate on it for a while and you will know if you are about to be able to do it when your hand starts tingling or becoming numb.  The top of your head may become numb too.

Concentrate on your eye movements also when doing it.  I have noticed that a lot of times if you move your eyes when it starts to move, it will just stop.  Once you get it going, you should be able to keep it going until you get tired of doing it.

I have a question for anybody that may know, how would I hold my hand when levitating an object? Do I put the item in my hand and concentrate on it or do I just leave it where it is and concentrate on it?  If I do leave it where it is, how do I hold my hands to make it rise, do I just hold it sideways facing the object like I do when spinning the wheel?  Do I have to say any commands like UP! or something?

what i belive is that you visualize that this object is in the air.
i even belive you you use your energy by  surrounding the object with your energy and concentrating/visualizing  its levitating or something like that. but ive actually no idea..

Thanks for the advice.  I will try that.  I have been trying to open my Third Eye for a while but everytime I go to do it, my head starts hurting. I read that your head is supposed to hurt but I'm not sure.

well i know that you probably know by now but heres what i do

well i start out with like psi balls sort of
i suggest a  psi wheel
  put it on a flat area like a table between your hands.  
  now think of your energy source feeding you energy or just use your own
  circulate energy through your body and into your hands
  ok
  then i like to yell at it in my mind but you tell the paper to get up
  lol
  and visualize the paper in the air maybe 3cm to start out with
  ok also visualize energy coming from your hands into the paper
  dont bombard it with energy tring to force energy into it just slow and easy
   now that is what i do

i got it all from posts and put them together.

yeah  visualize and  telling in your mind seems to be working  best.
but ive even read (and ive tried that one) that  you visualize your  own enery   streaming to the object... like  kinda rope or something..  you create a ball  around the object and  the stream would be  like a rope then..
thats how you should be able to move it in any directions you want...

as i sayd... i tried this one... and it actually worked.  i move the   object few millimeters. but now few days  ive had problems... can feel energy in my arms or anywhere... its like  im out of it :/

so basically you visualize  your energy (as a real thing)  touching it.

no idea how your way works.. but this with the ball..
you suppesed to create it.. (ive read it dosent matter how big)  and you create it where ever you want.. in the object.. and then you  try to move it.
ive tried that  but never worked.. but it would be a way to  do tk without loosing a lots of energy  any idea if that could be true ?
how big do you create ?? as big as the object is or just in the corners ?

hmm i'm not sure let me explain my way (i didnt have enough time last time) well i like imagine a small platform right under the object and lifts it and moves it around the way i want it to

um, what exactly does creating a ball have to do with? i dont really understand the thing where you fold the peice of paper in halves...? right now im just working on my third eye, but could someone fill me in with this ball stuff???[:I]

well the ball isnt exactly the ball everyone else talks about here in the forum.
but what i ment with the ball here in this  topic is that the ball is the  thing that grabs the object you wanna move. the  stream is a help tool so you are connected to the object.
here an example.
you got a peace of paper.
you take little  cable (this is now your streaming energy) or what ever and  some clue (should then be the "ball" you created) to  hold the paper and cable together. now when you pull the cable.. the paper will move...
get my point ? :)

chicnstu, I suggest you change the concept of the feeling that you're considering pain to something else. What I mean is this:

1. Work on your 3rd eye until you get the "pain" feeling
2. Try your darndest to drop, look past the immediate emotional response you get from it, and focus completely on the feeling as if it were an object you're holding in your mind. Keep that focus going strong!
3. Now, while doing that, try to think of a memory that makes you very very happy. This could be of your first kiss, your mother holding you as a baby, getting a new (item, toy, job, car, house, etc), or anything else similar that just makes you feel all gooey inside. Now do the above 2 with this memory. You should now be mentally holding 2 things; the feeling you got from working on your 3rd eye, and a really happy memory.
4. Do this only if visualization works for you (skip to 7 if not)! Now that you have the 2 things contained in your head, take the painful feeling and try to mentally change it to a ball. Any ball will do. In your mind you should try to make this ball represent the feeling you get from the experience. Now do the same thing with the happy memory, but make it a different color.
5. Take the happy memory ball and imagine it absorbing the other one, and turning it the same color as the happy memory's ball.
6. Hold this routine in your mind, going over and over it as needed until you get bored with it. If you have problems in the future with the pain, I suggest trying again.
7. Anti-visualization technique...take the happy memory's feeling and completely let it consume you, be entirely happy as much as possible, as if you were there in time again.
8. SLOWLY phase out of this and directly into working on your 3rd eye. Every point that you feel the pain come back, stop and work into it the happiness you just felt from the memory.
9. Once you are completely focused on your training again, and able to focus on happiness at the same time, you should eventually merge the 2 separate brain functions together to make it less demanding on you. This process is simply adapting, but you made it much easier by essentially taking the pain and make it stop whining by giving it the "happiness lollipop". The good news is your brain learns how to manufacture lollipops instantly after a while (and then beyond that the pain is finally content...too many lollipops I guess).

I hope this helped a bit for your problem man. If not, send complaints to kakkarot [;)] (only because I don't like being customer support right now, and he can be much more forceful than me, essentially a win win situation in my mind).

I dont have happy memories.  Every time I think of a memory that would normally make any other person happy, it makes me depressed.  Ill try to figure out some way to make myself happy.  Maybe I'll think of TK and imagine myself being able to levitate stuff because that makes me happy.

*Warning* - The following post gets a little "wierd", but if you grasp it, you'll both know why I posted and be able to apply it! Weeee....

The purpose of that is I figured there usually is a time when someone felt elated, happy, etc; something with "good" emotions involved. The only way you're going to get past the hurdle is to basically give the bad feeling a lollipop so it's not bothering you for attention anymore. Do this enough, or give it a mental answering machine response and you won't deal with that feeling anymore (not necessarily a good thing). Essentially this is a temporary fix for you until you progress to a next level that lets you be able to handle those emotions without the extra stress you used to feel. For example, I used to completely focus on continually smaller things to oblivion about any given thing. This forced me to sort of induce ADDD on myself so that I could accomplish tasks, which isn't a good thing by my definition. However, now that I've gone past that, I realize my technique allowed me to function on a day to day basis until I was ready to advance.

so i do 3rd eye then think happy thats it?
