Astral Dynamics / clairvoyant vision activated

i've been experiencing strobes for about two or three years now, but no vision screen.  Aside from the jealousy that i'm feeling, i'm glad that it's happened to more than a few people.  was there anything that led up to the swirling and all that?  other phenomena?

what did the strobes look like before you had the vision screen extravaganza?  i had a massive strobe the other day- one that was almost, if not circular in shape

Hmm i have the vision screen from time to time but i never linked it to clairvoyance. Anyway I ussually amuse myself with playing off a video (errh home made)or creating something in 3d (like in 3dstudio).

As for the "default" channel it seems to much junk on (hmm kinda like normal telly).[]

Hmm i dunno exactly what a strobe is i guess , but if it seruis chackra activity then yes ,its then its happening.

I've had a view remote viewing experiences but I've never had any control over them. Last night I was getting flashes of white light in my peripheral vision when I meditated.

Hi,

I had used Robert Bruces energy rasing routines for stimulating chakras from Astral Dynamics for about 3 months. That was about a year ago. Ever since I have occaisionally experienced some sensations in the third eye and crown chakra, including the odd strobe. Anyway a few nights ago i was trying to sleep and I could see bright blue and red swirls. I have seen these a few times before but this time they sort of formed into a circle with a moving 3D picture in the middle. it must have lasted for less than 10 seconds I have never seen anything like it before it was not like hypnagogic imagery it was more like a tv screen. Anyway I have been reading Astral Dynamics again  since the experience and couldn't believe it when I read the the bit about the strobe effect. I had remembed the bit about stobes but had totally forgotten that this can indicate the beginning of the clairvoyant vision screen. What I was wondering is has anyone else experienced this.
