They are shaddow entities, they're seen by just about everyone. Best thing is to not be afraid of them, they just try to scare you.

It seems to me like you had sleep paralysis. Its when your mind is awake but your body is asleep, hence, you can't move your body. During this, well, you know, creepy stuff happens.

Nobody is quite 100% sure on why or how sleep paralysis happens, all I know is that you feel as though there are other beings doing stuff to you and it's well...terrifying.

Wow you guys just creaped the hell out of me. I wonted sleep paralysis because they said it is a good chance of having an obe. So when people have sleep paralysis there are things that try and scare you wow sounds very exceeding, now IM going to be scared out of my mind of sleep paralysis.

The only resin is because I had a few experiences with sprites. The first one IM not shire what this is about. Well I was about 7 and I walked up to my bed room and when I got up there I saw like a kid or adult in my bed so I walked back down the stars and back up and then it was not their. Well the person I saw was in a dream a couple days later I will tell you about it well it started off in my sisters room and the kid/adult was bin there and he was watching TV the room was like wavy hard to explain. Then I followed hem out of the bedroom and into the hallway and my mom and grandma was in there and the kid/adult started to bight my mom I screamed and tried to stop hem but then I woke up.

The second one is short but scary to me I was also in my old house and I was in my bed room with my brother and I looked out the window and I saw an some one out there and pointing his finger at me like telling me to come to hem (I don't mean he was TELLIGN ME but pointing and I could tell he was calling me) well I turned to my brother to see if he saw it but when I turned back it was gone.

I have a third one in my house I live in now but IM not going to talk about it not scary just stupid. I have one question what is with the fist experience it seemed the kid reached out to me in real life and in my dream?

I use to get scared everytime I saw something lurking and as if just seeing someone there isn't enough, most of the time this happened while in paralysis.  It is scary but I started showing a indifference to them and I haven't seen one in a while. []

The same thing happens to me every so often, even though I am use to it, it still scares me, I have yet to be hurt, but whatever they are, they tend to make some interesting noises.

Usually I try wiggling my toes when this happens, that will wake my body up and the whole thing will be over, if any body has any suggestions to help make this stop please tell.

Okay, I've seen these things outside of sleep paralysis.  Anyway, they're about as powerful as a mosquito... squash them.

Actually I think you would not do a thing like that, you would probably be scared to HELL from an experience like that. As most others are when they experience it.

It is _NOT_ a nice thing when you are paralyzed and can't do anything and a bunch of hostile/evil beings approaches you. It is like being tied up somewhere when all kinds of scary looking people comes towards you with an intent to kill / torture you.

If you after that have the 'so what' attitude I must say I will bow before you deeply []

I must say that there is very few things I am afraid of in life but this is one thing I AM afraid off (not afraid of it occuring but afraid WHEN it occurs). Can't really think of anything more scaring, hehheh, even when I KNEW they couldn't hurt me I were scared to death []

Then I asked for a familiar Ally for help and it helped me and took them away.

(Must say that I have gone through many trip disasters also and nothing is even comparable to this experience [}:)] )

The best would be of course to not even react to them, and you will
probably learn that after a few times. You might also ask them to leave, some might leave just if you ask them.

I think I would be scared. Sure, it's logical. But I would like to go through it. Yeah, I do NOT want to die young, but still, it would be cool. And, the other way is to remain really cold-blooded and to actually ask them to leave or strike the paralyzation with all you've got and ask for anybody to help any way you can, i mean – literally – to strike back with everything you've got (when not kicking arses and telling demons to bonk, then at least mentally, like putting them to burn in sunlight or whatever)

Some years ago I had a dreadful experience I´d like to tell you about!
Back then my mother still was alive and I sleept beside her in bed(dubbelbed of course:)
At some time during night I opened my eyes and found out I could´t move my body at all.
Soon I felt horror creaping up on me as these scary beings sneaked up around the bed! It was 3 of them I saw at first..At this time I was Scared to death and I still could´t move!!
I tryied to scream but all I heard was a weak voice coming from myself..
Then the forth one came up behind me! I was lying on my side and saw my mother sleeping and the 3 beings standing next to her on her side of the bed!
It was pure evil in the air as the forth one leaned over my head breating in my ear..I was in panic trying to wake my mother with all powers I had!
After 30 seconds or so I regained power over my voice, waking my mother up and at the sametime the evil creature vanished...
What was I experiencing? Was it just bad dream or something else?
I´ve had spontaneus OBs before,but never controlled ones..
The beings I saw was grayinsh and kind of had a conish shape..
Anyone knows what happened to me?
