yap... happens with me when i listen to 2pac

Mistic-Idan

Xane, do you feel like when you are very excited and then you get an electric shock??
If yes then it's natural, I have it too.

I don't get an electric shock, but I guess it's kind of like electricity.

Same thing happens to me sometimes. I feel like astral and physical have merged a little. I can move and react faster. I feel more like light/energy. I feel strong like I could hit a locked door and bust it open, but I've never tried. Telekinesis to a psi wheel becomes easy. The songs that can do this change because I get tired of them. Two songs that did this are "Bob Marley & Fatboy Slim - I'm A Rainbow Too (Techno Remix)" (not as gay as the name sounds) and "Staind - So Far Away" (on the radio a lot).

Hmm, weird because I got the 'knowledge' 'picture' by something that the Astral will turn visible for us. Maybe just for a moment. But still [:D] And I had not read about it from ANYWHERE except in the
past week. + I read alot of 'bs' 'esoteric' information from different
sources.

Anyway as to listening to good music, try the following: Lie down and listen to it in your headphones. Do it like a meditation, DO NOT THINK OF ANYTHING. Then when you can feel your energy body, make your chakras and your whole energy body react to the music, imagine how it jumps along in perfect rhythm with the music. It is a bit like NEW but with rhythm [8D] Also try to notice the different sounds in the song. Concentrate for a while on only the bassdrum, then maybe the snare, the melody etc.

Tested around with this a little, actually it is better to listen to a melodically enchanting song and feel how your different colored chakras 'dance' and blink to this melody. Since every chakra is related to a specific note. Actually this may be the very foundation of music itself [:D]

i listen to music while i meditate. it helps a lot, takes my mind away.

One song that always did that for me is 'The Child in Us', By Enigma, off of 'Le Roi Est Mort, Vive Le Roi!'

Bush's 'Glycerine' is good too.

One time i've nearly had an AP when listening to TooL-"Parabol/Parabola", and other songs from "Lateralus" CD can give cool energy sensations. I don't think that meditation with music is a good idea, but it is much easier.

Hmm, dunno, something to probably do with 2012, world changes, etc. crap [:O]

The knowledge just came from somewhere that the Astral and Physical will kind of merge together, 'closer' than it is now. Might be some spirit bullshitting me though, who knows. [:D]

But the effect would be very neat. You would see directly 'spiritual' people, as they would have a special kind of glow around them. Though it would also be 'bad' because you would see all kinds of ghosts too. Maybe the ghosts wouldn't feel so lonely then [;)]

Personally, Yes. I know exactly what that rush and wave of energy throughout the body, is like... I'm rather Musically Inclined, and I've almost always had a natural 'feel' for things. And depending on the mood im in, and the music I listen to.. I can connect like that aswell, and have that awesome feeling reverberate through me. Fun isn't it?

Aswell as with getting a feel with certain bands and singers and such, I tend to do that myself aswell. Some things are Fehkin Awesome, and other things can be appealing to some..... And I'de look at it btoh from a clashing energy sense, aswell as being a musician myself, hear it and analyze the musical aspect of it, aswell as my personal feelings for it, and feel it to be crap.

I'm not sure how to keep it going for that long, though I have tried doing it myself on many occasions...

From what I've done, that has made it last for a while, is to not listen to anything else right afterward, and keep the songs momentum in the mind to keep going. It helps to not think about it much, and to just 'let it happen'..  and for the energy... just try to get a hang of the feeling and what you feel when it happeneds to you... I've managed to bring up a small surge through my spine, along my back and into and throughout my head to get a warm tingly feeling at will, for some time now. Havent been keeping up with energy as much lately thought due to a recent dip into deep depression for the past few months... but its been a learning experience and, Music has helped me alot, especially with that particular feeling.

Interesting how I went into a deep relation with this post.... Oh well... But yeah.. you're not alone, and its definately fun.

music can be distracting, though. if i hear a song i cant help it! i think about the lyrics and its so tempting to sing with it! then my mind is focusing on staying focused which just throws my mind off track more! AARRGGHHH!!!!

That is why I listen to electronic music without ANY singing [:D]

Urgh, techno isn't the only music that doesn't have any lyrics [xx(]
Though technically I listen to all music. Everything that sounds nice to my ears I listen to (naturally) [:D]

I just want to know if anyone has the same experience I do when listening to "good music."  When I hear music that agrees with me I feel energy rise in my body and build until the song climaxes, then the energy kind of explodes throughout my body.  (don't "insert joke here" lol)

It's pretty cool, it doesn't matter what type of genre it is - the more energy I can feel during the song, the better I like the song, I kind of use it to judge whether the band/singer's good or not sometimes, especially if it's the type of music I normally wouldn't listen to.

If the music is louder and I concentrate on the energy more, I can feel it better.  But after the musics over the energy just dissapates.  Does anyone else have similar experiences, Also how would I go about keeping this energy feeling?
