Yes, the awareness hands help out alot, If you are not already trying N.E.W. i would suggest giving it a go. It seems to help with alot of annoying pains.

Hey everyone.
Have been having these kind of experiences which I think are obes or the prelude to. It always starts when I have woken early and am dozing back to sleep again. I feel strong vibrations and and usually a noise of some kind (like a rushing noise, if that makes sense), and am almost always paralysed. I have learned to welcome the vibrations and even the noises, however weird they are but the thing I cannot ignore are the feelings that something is touching or tickling me and because I am paralysed I cannot stop it. Another thing that is bothering me is that most of the time my tummy feels like it is cramping and twisting and is so uncomfortable it is forcing me out of any trance I may be in. I have tried ignoring everything and just going with it but it is so difficult when I am in discomfort like this. I would like to progress in my development and would appreciate some input into how I can do this. I am aware of the rolling out technique and this has worked once and I found myself out of my body, looking at myself. I also have frequent lucid dreams where I can jump huge hights or distances and enjoy flying. I have done a lot of research into what is happening to me but I just cannot get past the cramping/touching thing that is bothering me so.
