yes in some cases you can. I did once before when i was tring to yell in a dream, i ended up yelling in real life.

   Well i will skip my main dream because it was kinda messed up. well the part i wonted to share with people is this, Well at the very end of my dream i was on the floor next to my bed ( at that point i thought it was real life because of or real it looked). Well i was next to my bed on the ground and all of a sudden my mom walkes around the bed and scared the hell out of my. i was not expecting here. Well when she scared my i screamed soo loud. but it was weard it sounded like to people screaming. Then i woke up screaming.

So my queston is can you say or sream things in lucid dreams and they come out in your phisical body? Because my scream made me wake up.
