I guess a bunch of scary/horror movies should help.  It also depends on what your phobies are.  What would you define as being a nightmare?  Zombies?  Jason?  Freddy?  Being burried alive?  Falling?  Drowning?

i mean.... fear is not even remotely the same as pain....

you know? I dont' see riding roller coasters and sky diving and whatnot as activities of masochism.

while in SP imagine something you are afraid and it'll show up... usually...

if you aren't afraid of anything in terms of phobias then well, it won't work.

Well it all depends on your own fears, scary movies don't have a really strong effect on adults (14+), so if you really wanna have a nightmare you should think of your worse fears at night in the dark, or just see the new movie of Jesus (baaaa) a real horror movie full of tortures (And I really suggest to see it if you are enough crazy), I'll tell you why - cuz when you see a movie with tortures and blood you know it's just a movie and not real. But when you see Jesus you know that it was real and happened once or millions so it makes you be afraid at night.

How do you cause nightmares.  I would like to induce a nightmare on myself to see what i would dream about and what kind of nightmare it would be.  I havent had a nightmare in months.
