seeing spirits

Have you tried just talking to them?  They are just disembodied spirits... afraid to leave this place for some reason... or they have died in an untimely manner and feel they still have work to do (this is not gospel, just my personal understanding on the subject.)  If you can see them, try talking to them... they are just people... without their physical bodies.

In my experience Lighthouse is right.  Just talk to them.  Only, they generally don't just stand there and speak back to you like a human might (unless maybe you are clairaudient??).  Listen for the answers telepathically.  Do you have any medium friends who might be able to help you out??

i know how to talk with them. i used a ouija board and then i could just talk to them person to person. or person to spirit. whatever...

I'm not sure how you communicate but I used to hear footsteps upstairs and then I saw a fog in my bathroom a few times until I finally found the courage to face it.  I just asked it what the h... it wanted and I haven't seen it since.  I still hear the floors creaking upstairs occasionally though.  I think it's when I'm trying to have an obe.  Dunno.

I have never been able to communicate back, however went by a ghosts grave and felt a touch and had a waking vision of how he died. Then the rest of the day everyone I was around, I would get images of random crap that was in their head and past things that had happened. Weird stuff.
