Glad to know im not alone! not that I thought I was, but can this happen when you concouisly project? are ther unseen forces that try and lock you in to them?

From what I have experienced about "spirit guides" it sounds to me like your spirit guides are making contact with you.  Sort of like an introduction.

I would recommend not resisting, just go with the flow.  Next time you get there treat her like an old friend.  Say hi, give her a hug, ask her what her name is.  If you are wanting to know specifics like why you are there or what ever, ask her.  I think you will find that she will tell you.  It can be a very enlightening experience.

Robert Monroe mentions many similar occurrences in his first book.  He later found out what had been going on, but that's covered in his second and third books so I won't say anything more here, in case I spoil it for someone. []

He was never able to resist either, or at least he chose not to.  No harm ever came to him.

I was minding my own in a deep sleep....when I became aware i was out of body in an imviroment I didnt recognise, and before everyone asks how dya know you where O.B ? Ive been been O.B before, but this was super vived!!

 Anyway I was floating down a beutiful yellow gold road with the greenest trees either side, u get the picture! but with No control of the situation at all!! I was bieng dragged fowards by an invisable force! every hair on my body felt like it was standing on end. I was bieng pulled towards a beutiful building, and was trying to bale out but with to no availe!I just kept going..sucked though the doors, it was at that point I rememberd it had happend the night before and escaped, not this time though, to cut the story short I was met by a woman who seemed as though she had been expecting me I instintivly new she had brought me there, there were others the but i could only focus on her, I had no choice! she just held me frozen in her gaze, then she gave me a message about how glad she was that im here now, where ever that is! at that point it became one of the most beutiful expirences ever and it felt perfect!! she then with out warning released me..what a ruuuuushh!! I woke with a huge gasp and could faintly just make her out in whispy white above me, then vanished. Just to finish off, that episode sparked my intrest in spirituality and seems that some pshycic ability has awoken in me since then.

Maybe this spiritual experience waz somehow related to u'r physical life. In other words would -u- have keeping something subconscious in -ur- every day life, that would've led to thus experience???    So if I understand -u- correctly? While in u'r physical body, after waking from the experience, -u- saw her whisk away from above -u- in u'r physical body??? Did -u- recognize this lady? Did -u- grasp the meaning of ur experience?!.

Hi complexette,1: I was using the hair standing on end as a way of describing the sensation I was expiriencing in my astral body,

2: dont know about the suppressing or avoiding anything im quite a grouded and well balanced person.. so I would say no, but if I was I wasnt aware of it, the relevence would be what?

3: yes back in my physical body I could see her floating all misty like above the bed for a short while and then she disapeared.

Ive decided that I will only know the answer to this if and when im meant to, the reason for the post was to see if any body had an expirience like that. So whats your verdict M Ka x[?]

I also have OBE's, hair standing on end is a good description. Wasn't sure if -u- meant physical or spiritual though.

   When one suppresses things in their waking life, ideas, thought's, people, action's, ect... It is stored in the subconscious, which is then released in ones sleep. If there waz something going on in ur life @ the time, maybe that would be related, waz my relevance in the matter.!.
