Thx for those links.  I read through some of the stuff today while at work but boy there's a lot to read.  i'm getting ready to listen to the file tonight in a couple hours.  any recommendations on what to do for this first session?  I have a nice quiet room and headphones setup.  Should i meditate a little before starting or just meditate while listening to it?  Or should i just close my eyes and listen and let whatever happens happen?  are there any goals or objectives for using this?  it's meant to help induce trance state for ulitmately doing AP and having OOBE experiences right?

Heh i know that's a lot of questions but i figured i should ask before i start so i have some idea what i'm doing :)

Hi all, after reading reviews of Wild Divine, then hearing about holosync on wild divine message boards and then finally searching for an alternative to holosync i've landed here at AP.  I downloaded the file last night and read the text attachment but i'm looking for a little guidance as to where to begin.

I've done meditation in the past, nothing too serious though.  I've looked a little on the site for instructions but figured it might be easier to just post this question and see if anyone has a link or a quick run down on where to begin as far as what to "do" during my first listen session and what to be aware of or to look for.  I had a chance last night to listen to the file for about 10 minutes while laying on the floor with headphones but started too late i believe because i was already tired and soon went to bed.

Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome and i look forward to hearing from you all and starting my journey with AP.
