Advice please - Crystals & Chakras

hello. in my experience, yes that is how it should have been. your chakras are everspinning, and when ou felt the spinning it was most likely your chakras ballencing themselves out.

Could you give us please "the recipe" as stated in your book? I would greatly appreciate it, for I am fond of crystals and have some around here. The only thing I know from a creditable source is that amethyst has a tendency to awaken and strengthen psychic powers, such as telepathy, clairvoyance etc. I love crystals, so I have several medium ones near my bed.

Here is the "recipe" for the chakra cleansing, there are many different crystal that you can use for each area, but these are the ones I used.

Higher Crown - Kunzite
Crown - Clear Quartz
Brow/Third Eye - Lapis Lazuli
Throat - Amethyst
Heart - Rose Quartz
Solar Plexus - Citrine
Sacral - Carnelian
Base - Smoky Quartz
Earth - Hematite

You dont have to use the higher crown and earth but I find these really help.

Just got the right crystals bought for this.
It was a pain to buy them because of the different vibrations
there, my head got all dizzy []

Guess it is just something to represent the connection to Earth and
the Higher planes/self/whateva.

I used it to represent Earth and Higher Self. Although the crown
is already in itself high enough.

I tried this balancing and felt very good and energetic afterwards.
Felt also very light and stable. As a bonus I now got a lot of
different nice crystals to deal with [] Was thinking later
maybe of adjusting the positions to test the results.

Ive heard of a 9-chakra yoga teaching, as well as a 7.

Im not sure but I also think that there is an 11 chakra system

*note*- I am refering to the major chakra's, the minor, or support chakras number in the hundreds.

I was hoping that somebody could offer me some advice.

A few years ago I used crystals to balance my chakras.  I used 9 crystals to do this and followed a book.  When I did it I felt like I was spinning in every possible direction that I could, it did not feel like I was lying on the floor, I was just light and my body was spinning.  I was not scared at all and I felt very relaxed and calm.  My eyes were flickering and my fingers and toes were twitching.  After a while everything started to slow down and balance itself.

Is this how it was supposed to feel?  

I have never done this since but would really like to start working with my crystals again but would just like a bit of advice before I do.  Was my experience what should have happened?

Any advice would be greatly apreciated.
