It uses a magical alphabet which is connected by numerical values to the different aspects of God. I developed it using a magical system to charge and keep present akashic gemstones that help the person who is sincerely praying and trying to connect to help.
I did this not so much for profit although it will help me to live and work on more projects. I did it because I have been helping others for 34 years now and it is overwhelming. I wanted a way for people to help themselves and empower themselves.
I believe that is what the psychic self defense forums started out to be. It may be a big bonus for everyone with problems.

I believe it is not the energy ways. Everything in life occurs to us in patterns and at times we manifest these patterns in our aura as thought forms or things that we give a life of their own. I know everyone has things in their life that they wish they had done differently. Many people are more creative than they believe about guilt triping themselves. It is also why Robert has core image work.
Those repetitive images are part of the problem. We multiply those patterns and keep them in our energetic system and energy storage systems. The brushing is supposed to push out and make it so you are rid of them. Yet some people have problems.
The problems come from not being able to release the energies and forgive ourselves. The energy raising always connects us to a higher force and our higher selves. The problems become more noticable and some of us really have our guilts take on a life of their own. I think the awakening of the part of us that wants to correct these problems is what gets these effects. We can see them for the first time. I know that I have had things associated with songs and what I felt about myself that I had to clean out over the years to remove the blockages.

I decided to write the book and do something like this because I felt people needed to be empowered to help themselves with these problems. I figured out a way to program it so that the colors, glyphs and akashic gems reacted in different ways so everyone can use them.I have had people with all sorts of problems use them and they have helped.

I wanted to do a simple spell using an element. The spell is from the book "A Century of Spells by Draja Micharic. He has done a few books with simple spells that get very decent effects using European magic.
I do agree on the emphasis of the positive sides of the elements but anyone who has been on this forum for a while knows that most of the things I do help others with problems.
In this case it would be a simple one to give a person to make their life better which is very easy to do. See what a practical example did it gave another version of air being used.
The elements are the building blocks and are useful in anything we do magically and in everyday life.

The elements make it possible to compartmentalize and work upon problem areas. An example of this is prosperity problems or blockages can be removed by a spell involving banishing negative earth energies. You can reverse bad trends on the subject of money and prosperity by a reversal of earth.
Metal is used to remove and reverse the threat of physical harm. It makes it so when bad things start happening you can be rid of them by doing one elemental spell to balance the energies. I mainly work upon getting rid of negative influences.
Spells relate to certain elements by the way they are set up. The elements are included so like can attract like and to also draw the energies into the physical planes. It helps our mind to structure and import the energies necessary to get the results we need.
The Kybalion gives the principles of hermetics where you an see how they are incorporated into our every day lives. It also shows how they are incorporate into magic also.
ELementals also help with summoning those energies into our lives. The elements are good for a great many things. I am also speaking from practical experience as you asked.
A simple reversal of air which is good to remove gossip from your life follows. You take a teaspoon of salt, sugar and flour. You mix them together in your hand thinking of the negative things being said about you. You then go outside and face away from the wind.

  I have articles on shielding on my website www.astralhealer.com I use many layered shields all of the time with some being passive such as talismans and jewelry. Some are active such as energetic constructs and shields.
  Increasing your aura and making it a shield by strengthening it is used in some books as remedies for being vampirzed. Psychic Vampires by Joe H. Slate uses these methods. They do not drain you all of the time if they are set up properly.

  Mint, Angelica and bay leaves help to disrupt the energies of ghosts and ethereal spirits. I would do this and see if it helps out but you have to pray over the herbs first or it does not energize them. I suggest a prayer from whatever religion or practice that you believe in so you get the energy correct.
  If it does not affect them then it might be issues with you and to raise your vibrations I would suggest doing some different meditations for balance and harmony. The following websites have interesting meditations

  I have a website now called www.hermeticuniversityonline.com where I will be sure to answer questions Anyway here goes-Elementals can be given a longer lifespan but that is normally by giving them a name and a symbol. It means they are present and more existent in this world
  Legends of elementals first started in Europe but the Americas have creatures of specific elements that exist. Wendingos which I listed are huge wind creatures seen by Cree Indians or one of the tribes around the Great Lakes in the US.
  There was a book I saw once that had paintings by a clairvoyant of all the elementals she had seen. It was beautiful but the one that impressed me the most was the one of the desert. There was a huge man striding in a dust devil. My husband who tries to be as psychic as a rock actually commented look at that dust devil it looks like a huge man walking across the desert.
  Anyway I feel that man made materials today are not of the natural world but are of different chemical combinations that do not exist. I am sure that affects the energies that keep elementals strong. Chemtrails and things like that would not weaken the elementals as much as disrupt their energy signatures. Energy signatures are the pitch, key, vibration, note of every living thing and are like a little melody and light show.They can not be destroyed that I know of but are made of energies and only shaped into reality by certain conditions.
  Energy signatures are how you access any energy of this earth including life energies. I believe that is also why magic works better in the country than the city because there are fewer disruptions of the energies by excess thoughts and the rest of the things that make up a town or city.
  I could probably write a really long message but I think I answered the questions. I know one of the most impressive moments I have had was at the Hopi Mesa. They believe the Kachinas are spirits that ride in on storm clouds. My husband and I watched a storm move in and you could actually see them it was wild. The Falkland Islands must be similar to that.

There are  prannic energies but they are just little dots in the air. Air elementals are more in the form of shapes and appear that way because of the nature of a persons mind. People access energies in different ways. A person who has an allegorical mind set sees the energies in the forms of many spirits and shapes. The feelings and answers to questions appear in symbols and symbolic shapes that may only be understood by the person themselves.

  I have a Removing Negativity Prayer upon my website www.astralhealer.com that seems to help with releasing fears and anxieties. You might want to try that and see if it helps.
  I astral project all of the time but I do not know how to suggest not fearing what could happen. I always try to deal with things why they are happening. I have a really good imagination and trying to think of everything in life that can happen before it happens would make me really paranoid and upset.
  I guess the whole thing is to build up your confidence in what you can do and deal with in your life. You can not face down aliens in real life unless you are in a situation you should be afraid of anyway.
  I hope the prayer helps you with the night terrors. If not I may be able to help with a few other ideas.

  I have seen them inside and outside. They are a combination of elements mainly air. It is why I believe it is an air elemental manifestation. Other than that everyone can believe what they want to believe. I live in the desert so the elementals do not get agitated as much and are stronger here.

  The dark figure visited you once so I am happy it has not been back. Elementals are intelligent creatures that are linked to the elements. They can be of one or two combined elements.
  The elements are earth, air, fire and water. I would feel they are elementals because I have only seen them in air. I noticed that most of the time they are in the air during a rain storm or when electrical storm energies are flowing.
  You can occasionally see them in the sunshine on a clear day. There are many types of elementals and they can be looked up on the web if you are curious.

  The sparklies could be air elementals. I always notice more of them floating around in the air when a storm is present or it is raining. I always consider them friendly.
  The dark figure is another matter. You should not give any permission for it to do anything. You should ask what it is and why it is visiting you. You should banish it if you do not like what it says or if it gives no answer.
  I have an article on my website about magical access and permission which is longer but to be brief. You do not give any permissions to anything unless you know what it is about. Your specify the number of times it may access you to answer you and state the conditions of what it can do. Otherwise you run a risk of having serious future problems.

  I have looked up some henna techniques but have never tried to remove moles with them. I was looking at the different patterns on the hands and feet that have been used over the centuries. Some of the patterns are used to block the receptive sensors in the hands and feet so evil can not attack the person.
  I was wondering if it could be a big help with the people who always talk about the entity crawling up their legs etc. Henna is an herb Tyciol that is used to color hair red and also to stain the hands in many countries.

  All the work on trying to figure out what is bothering you is like a detective novel. You have to ask the who, what, why or when. The first question do you have an old house where someone could have died in it? The second is did the spirit feel scary or neutral there is a difference. You have to write down what you felt like and what you think it is about. How it acted etc.
  You then take the notes and compare them to other things you have read about and decide what the problem is about. You can find information upon this website or my website if you need help.

  I have stated this a number of time myself. The abuse of trauma whether neg related or other types of abuse tend give the negs something to stick to and feed off of on a person.
  The reason people suffer from having multiple attacks and things attaching to them is they may get rid of the entity but they do not get rid of the cause. It can make it so entities attack them again and again. The only thing left to do is to work upon the traumas and problems.
  I have had a lot of people perceiving this was attacking the victim. It is not but it is removing the way the problems keep reoccurring.

  You mentioned the word loo so if you are in the United Kingdom they have a great many mediums that are well trained and capable. They could help you to find out what it is about. I do not have the names of any organizations in the UK but other readers might have some.

  Witchcraft or any form of magic can also be used for to help or hurt. The important thing is to remember what is right for you and making the correct decisions. You are correct in that astral projecting is not a big part of any magic except for what you can do on the astral plane. Magic is manipulation of forces through ritual or repetitive actions. Prayer is manipulation of forces through supplication using rituals or repetitive actions. Religions uses a lot of different methods which would be considered a ritual in witchcraft.
  Spell casters do affect their environment and themselves. Control comes in many different styles as does intimidation. I know many witches who help others and do good. It is what you have experienced and what you believe.

  You undo any magic that you did that is bringing repercussions upon you. I would suggest a ceremony on the day of Saturn which is Saturday. Undoing what you did and apologizing for it can be a big help.
