I will just add that working, as you do, in a public facing position, you will inevitably be confronted with the entire spectrum of people from the highest to lowest vibration, and sometimes very low. While this can be considered to be an excellent opportunity to advance Spiritually, by rising above any negative emotions invoked - observing, not engaging - and only seeing everyone as they truly are -  Expressions of God, and to Love them as God Loves them. "Love thy neighbour as thyself" - it can be challenging at times..

That said, it is also very wise to extricate ones-self from negative people and situations that can weigh heavily on the Soul. LB's suggestion of a YT channel documenting life around Argentina, or Buenos Aires, sounds wonderful - I am sure it is very varied and interesting culture. To supplement your income, especially while building a YT following, you could find a part time job that you really enjoy. But ultimately, we all create, or project, our own reality, our own experience, and are free to chose any experience the Heart desires - if you can imagine it, you can experience it, without limitation. So first meditate on what situation will bring you the greatest joy, and then, especially just before sleep, imagine, with as much feeling, emotions etc. as you can, that your are doing this right now, and Believe it. This will be impressed upon your Subconscious Mind, which must and will bring it into your experience, in due course. Patience is key and never engaging any contradictory thoughts.

This scientist articulates the truth of reality in a very compelling way. Of course whether the traditional scientists eventually accept it is a very different matter. 98 years ago a quantum scientist demonstrated the now famous and indisputable "double slit experiment" which proved "quantum superposition" and the fact that "matter" only appears to exist while being consciously observed by the mind, and that the moment that this observation is withdrawn, the illusion of matter instantly dissipates to its native quantum waveform. This also demonstrates why the illusion, simulation, dream of the physical world as a whole, only exists as the personal and collective projection of the mind of humanity supported by belief that the experience of "matter" is reality. If humanity as a whole were to suddenly withdraw all thought and belief of the physical world, it would cease to exist in an instant as it has no basis to exist.

The "quantum field" is really just a scientific name for Source, God, The One, the All, with Which we are all One and the Same.

Star Trek, one of my favourite TV shows at the time they were first being shown, has proved to be prophetic in more ways than one. The "communicators", at a time when the world only had wired phones with cables, are reminiscent of the early mobile cell phones with the flip up screen, enabling phones to be used anywhere over long distances.

As for a world without money - it has happened before and must happen again if humanity is to make any real progress Spiritually. Money as it is now is the ideal instrument of the ego - power, control, corruption, huge disparities in quality of life and so on, all of which must, and I am sure ultimately will, give way to a world of mutual cooperation and service to others before self, out of Unconditional Love.

Yes, I agree, lots of lessons here on earth for humans regarding money. Especially when it is  improperly handled and, as you mentioned, there are those who struggle having/keeping money. I find it particularly egregious, when those who struggle with money because their own doing and choices made in life, then elect to act out on those who have money and have handled it very nobly. A myriad of lessons for those on opposite ends of the spectrum.

Yes, this is exactly the point. Money, in and of itself, is a mass delusion of humanity, created out of thin air by banks typing numbers into a computer, backed by nothing and with no tangible value whatsoever. It is therefore the relationship people have with the concept of money, based upon a lifetime of thoughts, feelings, emotions etc about it, that determines how they are influenced by it - wealth consciousness, poverty consciousness, victim consciousness, and the entire spectrum. People can change their relationship with money in an instant if they choose to, but many will not do so, instead playing out the role in this concurrent life, that their Higher Self has chosen for the experience.

Yes this is also true. If for example money is amassed through the natural course of doing something a person enjoys and is passionate about, and helps or brings joy to others in the process, such a person will usually will keep and enjoy their money and will use it wisely for their own happiness and that of others. They will also be much more inclined to give anonymously to those who can really need it for survival. From a Spiritual perspective this is very positive. There are numerous such people in the world.

If however as is so often the case a person amasses billions at the expense and total disregard for others, they will never be happy because it is never enough. And while they gain hollow satisfaction by indulging the ego by flaunting their wealth - yachts, mansions, private jets etc.- they are never truly happy, and from a Spiritual perspective this behaviour is very negative.

Those who suddenly gain wealth such as lottery winners and inherited wealth, are often bankrupt in few years with much less than before they gained their money, as their mindset does not facilitate keeping it. It has been shown that in very many cases great wealth totally dissipates over the course of three generations.

As I suggested in my last post, money is energy, it is how its flow is focussed and mental attitude towards it that really matters.

"If you want money more than anything, you'll be bought and sold. If you have a greed for food, you'll be a loaf of bread. This is a subtle truth: Whatever you love, you are " ~ Rumi.

I agree with perspectives put forward by LB and Tak.

Money is like energy, it ebbs and flows through and around us precisely to the extent our thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs etc. relating to money allow.  Mental patterns associated with lack, hardship, poverty etc will bring more of the same experience. Conversely, those with a mental pattern corresponding with extreme wealth, luxury, fame, fortune etc will attract more of the same. Yet it is very often the case that neither of these groups of extremes can experience true happiness. 

The best relationship with money is experienced when we know, beyond doubt, that we will always receive the precise amount of money required to live very happily and comfortably, with all needs met. It is always about simply allowing.

On a day to day basis, Faith is an implicit knowing that something is so without question, for example:

You have Faith when going for a meal at restaurant, the chef will not poison your food.
You have Faith that  your employer will pay your wages each week or month.
You have Faith when using public transport or driving your car, you will arrive safely at your destination.

Ultimately the highest form of Faith is knowing that, beyond doubt, with absolute that Faith we ARE God, Source, and the power that created the universe is within and available to us all. Absolute Faith IN God, AS God. Then all things are possible. As Jesus said - "according to your Faith, be it to you". This is the Faith Jesus spoke of.

Another bible quote - "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen". ~ Hebrews 11:1

In other words we have the power within us to have or be anything, subject only to the degree of Faith behind it.

Imagination backed by unwavering Faith is the most powerful creative force in the Universe - it is the power behind All That Is. That same force, power, knowledge is within every person, without exception to the extent it can be realised. An important aspect of Spiritual Evolution towards becoming fully God, Source Realised, is to find that power, knowledge etc. within, which can only be found in the Heart, never the rational mind.

Faith need not be categorised as religious or Spiritual - Faith is Faith, and its power is always the same no matter the object of the Faith. Also, our personal Faith is also God's Faith, just as our thoughts are also God's thoughts, because they are One and the Same. Therefore all healing is of God, no matter its apparent origin. I understand it can be a stretch for some to fully accept and know beyond doubt that we ARE God, Source, but equally to doubt we are in fact God, Source is to doubt God in absolute terms Consider, for example, these words of Jesus:

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. ~ John 14:10-12

So Jesus was saying that if people believe what he is saying, with enough Faith, all the things Jesus did, everyone can also do, and even greater. Yes - Faith is a most valuable subject for discussion, and thanks Tides for raising it.

That Faith is applied to the equation, I would say it is something miraculous. You yourself could not believe what happened as explained in your initial post. But you felt called to give it a shot anyway. That is amazing. I am happy you mentioned Jesus in your post too, as I am learning about him now.

Faith is one of the greatest human Divine attributes, together with Unconditional Love. This why Jesus spoke of it so extensively throughout his ministry. But he was not speaking of the religious "Faith in God", but rather the Spiritual Faith IN God, as God. Jesus never claimed he was a healer, but rather that the people who came to him to be healed had so much Inner Faith in Jesus as a healer, they actually healed themselves. For example:

And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole. ~ Luke 17:19

Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.
~ Matthew 9:29-30

In this second example, Jesus said the blind men who were healed - "And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know" - because he knew that if they spoke to others of their healing, and they mocked and refused to believe them, then their own Faith in their own healing would be doubted, and they would no longer be healed.

In the wonderful experience shared by LightBeam, I suggest that high positive vibrations, confidence and feelings conveyed by LB towards the lady suffering from anxiety that LB could heal her, awakened in her enough Faith in LB's ability to do so to have healed herself through her own Faith.

This is the basis of the healings of Jesus, and all types of "Faith healing" and healing miracles around the world. It is always the Faith through someone, some deity or something. The healing water at Lourdes, for example, is just water with no inherent power in and of itself, but by sufficient Faith by a person in touching the water they will be healed, they are healed, because "according to their Faith, it is done unto them".

It reminded me of driving on the 405 in Southern California which is enough to make anyone panic - more like scenes from Wacky Races, with the only options being very fast or complete standstill.

His mention of his I/There is easily lost and confused to the audience...by this, he means his Oversoul, his Soul Group, deciding to construct his current Self of its various parts...and that speaks to both you and me and us...

So, Monroe is actually describing an awareness of, and a communication with, his Higher Self and Parts...

Bruce Moen describes the very similar idea of his Disk- A series of many personalities which are permanent members of his Disk, his Soul Group, from which new, experimental combinations of Disk Personalities are combined and placed within various Realities such as ours...

Yes exactly. Concepts such as "reincarnation", "past lives", "coming back as....." etc. imply a sequential/linear process  which have no basis as they imply the involvement of "time" ,which does not exist. All "lives" on Earth, or other planet, are actually concurrent expressions of the Higher Self, each taking place independently in the Now, so the Higher Self can gain all the necessary very diverse experience required to continue its Spiritual progression. "Past life regressions" are effectively "channelling" the Higher Self which has absolute knowledge and awareness of all concurrent lives. Until the age of seven or so, children are still very close to the Spiritual realms, including the Higher Self, so a "child's past life" is a child being aware of an alternative expression of the child's own Higher Self. This is also what Moen and Monroe are referring to in the context of their own experiences, the "I there" being a reference to the Higher Self, the Eternal Spirit

This is certainly a most wise response by that AI bot on the writings of Inyat Kahn, and useful and appropriate use of AI.

It also serves to illustrate that AI is certainly very useful and generally reliable for summarising and re-arranging text of any type, web results etc.. Amazon uses a similar bot to summarise customer reviews for each product. It is useful as a personal assistant, not the other way around. AI serves humanity, not humanity dependant on AI.

The main issues are when people use AI to do their thinking and making decisions for them. This was extremely evident yesterday when ChatGPT went down for several hours, and numerous people were panicking. For example, one woman was very upset as she was using ChatGPT find her a date, and now she would not be able to find a date. Many others rely on ChatGPT for therapy, emotional support, friendship etc. were left feeling alone and abandoned. Countless students were unhappy because they could not use it for exams etc.. Others use it to decide what to eat for breakfast for example, and so on. Three years or so ago, these people were relying on their own mind and decision processes, but now seem unable or unwilling to do so. And AI is in its very early stages, and use of AI is not as prevalent as it will surely become. As you say, AI is fine as a tool, but most do not understand how AI works, how to use it properly and appropriately, and what its limitations are.

In short, it is crucial for people not to become "robotomised" - and yes, I just invented that word.

I would just like to mention that Astral Projection and Meditation need not be seen as separate abilities. Meditation  is the foundation and basis for Phasing, through which you may realise progressively higher "focus levels" from etheric to upper Astral and higher. And yes, we are certainly here to share experience, in all Metaphysical abilities and achievements, all are most welcome.

Haven't watched the video yet, but I just want to comment on how useful this information is. As I mentioned in a recent comment in another topic, energy is energy, there is no "electrical energy", "mechanical energy", "kinetic energy" etc., as usually applied in the physical sciences. Einstein was even technically incorrect in absolute terms with his famous equation: E = mc2, i.e. E = mass x  the speed of light squared. These relate specifically to mass and light as physical manifestations. The correct equation would be: E=E, in other words, Energy is Energy, no matter the context in which it is applied,

Also, as you say "We are only observing what we bring into focus." This is why the term "Law of Attraction" is such a misnomer, as it implies attracting something "to you", which is currently "apart" from you and do not currently experience. All humans, and life, are the entire Universe as Expressions of Source, we ARE Source, the entire Universe is within us, so every human already has every-thing. So it is really all about focussing on what we already have within us, if it can be imagined, it can be experienced, it by focussing on the object of desire and thus bringing that which we already have it into conscious experience.

Am I right in saying that the knack is something like finding the right level of interest / engagement? If you're too into it, it blows out. If you're not into it enough, it eludes you? For instance, this morning the jet engine woke me, but somehow I didn't wake up into it enough - maybe I was getting too cocky or not enough interest? It's bloody slippery! 

The best approach is with no preconceptions at all, with a blank mind and simply a feeling of expectation. There really is no "too into it" or "not enough", just follow your inner feelings, wherever they guide you. And never "try" to project or phase. As Yoda said in Star Wars V, "do or do not, there is no try".

Affirmations- These, I found out many decades ago, are very necessary and vital to success. Use two or three affirmations at a time for several weeks before changing them. Keep them simple, present-tense and positively-worded...like these:

I am safe and protected when I explore out-of-body
I give myself permission to have out-of-body experiences
I ask my Higher Self for permission and assistance in exploring out-of-body
I would like the assistance of my Guides and Invisible Helpers in exploring out-of-body

Mix and match, come up with what personally resonates with you. Repeat them every night and before every session.

Yes absolutely, this is an excellent point. Ultimately success with AP/OBE/Phasing etc. as with most things, is to impress the intent and desire upon the subconscious mind, with affirmations and/or imagination, which the subconscious mind will then bring to experience.

The affirmations and/or application of imagination will vary between OBE, where you would typically affirm before sleep to be awoken later that night in a projected state, and phasing where you are affirming that when you relax in a certain place, position, posture etc., you will immediately go into a deep meditative with full focus etc.. This is in addition to EV's suggestions. Ultimately you will want to formulate your own affirmations and or imagination in accordance with own situation, objectives etc..

Hello everyone - this is my first message here - I hope it's in the right place. Your expertise and caring energy is appreciated - thanks for providing this wonderful resource. I will read more as I get time. Here's where I am:

Kepple's phasing makes sense to me. I read his stuff and listened to it on youtube as well. I know it's the way - so my focus has been trying not to actually leave the body, separate with vibrations, but just phase. I've tried incorporating Active Imagination (from Jung), I've tried ladders, ropes, swimming, wobbling, wriggling, floating, rolling, flying, dropping, popping, sniffing, farting my way out - but no go. I tried giving up and letting it happen. I tried fighting hard and not giving up. I tried giving up and not giving up at the same time. I tried ignoring the sign posts and focusing on the destination. I think I want to stop trying altogether, so this whole message is a kind of "someone please pull me out already and tell me what I'm messing up."

Over the years I have seen numerous people fail at AP/OBE due to lack of patience. They start out with a method, try it for a couple of days, before moving to another method out of frustration, and so on before giving up altogether.

Your desire to achieve this, is, in and of itself, a good start, and just know that you can and will succeed.

Frank Kepples posts on phasing is great place to start, practice and focus on, as it is well documented, proven, and also brings other benefits as well. But like other things worth achieving, it requires dedication, focus and patience, but the rewards and benefits more than justify it.

Whoever wrote that article has probably been watching too many Marvel movies. "Time" does not exist so the "future" does not exist and neither do "timelines" exist. All that "happens" or will ever "happen", is "happening" right Now.

What we can say is that in the Now, technology is evolving exponentially, sometimes in positive ways, sometimes in not so positive ways. Assuming humanity does not destroy itself, again, before then, 2300 will be much different than today but no one can possibly predict in what way.

The more important question is will humanity have learned the Spiritual lessons, and progressed to living beyond the ego to Unconditional Love, to use technology, and everything else, for the mutual benefit of All.

As you implied, The "Kardashev scale" is not just missing a scale, it seems to be is missing the entire point. True advancement is, as you say, about Spiritual evolution, and not about technological advancement. Also, all Energy is Universal Energy, and cannot be differentiated in the way suggested in that scale. The physical universe oriented levels as characterised by the Kardashev scale, do not exist except as a simulation. And neither do "multiple universes".

The term "Golden Age"  has become somewhat of a generic and misused phrase. The "ages" of humanity are Spiritual cycles where there is an overall increase in vibration, resulting in shift away from the control of the ego, in the direction of Unconditional Love, towards compassion, empathy, Spirituality, service to others before self, which together brings a world of Peace and Harmony. Although all cycles are concurrent, and not sequential, taking place in the Now, these are experienced as very long cycles relative to Earth "time". Humanity has already, in this cycle, crossed the turning point, away from the ego, back towards Unconditional Love, although it may not currently seem that way. There will be no "rapture" or similar such event which many are apparently expecting. The level of Spirituality among people is most definitely increasing exponentially, with more and more people seeking the Truth, and embarking on the Path of Source realisation.

Another perspective of the transition of the ages, is a shift away from the masculine energy of the ego, towards the feminine energy of Love. Masculine cycles, as now, and which we are leaving, are controlled by the male ego, characterised by control, aggression, greed controlled through fear, destructive etc. and where God is referred to as a "Him". Feminine cycles are the opposite, characterised by Loving, nurturing, compassion, peace, harmony, and abundance, and are which are creative. In these cycles God is characterised as a "Her". This is were humanity is heading now. God is gender neutral, but if God had a gender it would definitely be Feminine. In the most ancient Spiritual tradition, the Hindu, God is referred to as the "Divine Mother".  The "Lover" of the Sufi's is masculine, who seeks only to finally unite with the Beloved, the Divine Feminine, which is a metaphor for the Spiritual path, and its ultimate realisation. Many traditions recognise both God and Goddess, with the latter given priority.

Hey, Frosty, my point is that if we blow up Earth and we find ourselves in spirit we will be like "Wow, we blew up Earth lol, phew it was just a game. And now we know. Lets give it another try in the next game and test our intuition although we know we will forget, but now we know that these are just games and essence of knowledge is gained during each game no matter what the outcome is.
The goals of these simulations are not final outcomes of utopia. The purpose is just experience regardless of what it is.

Humanity has  literally nearly destroyed itself several times before. For example there is ample hard evidence of a nuclear war thousands of years ago, particularly in the middle and far East. The very ancient Sanskrit text, the Mahabharata, contains the following account for example:

Gurkha, flying a swift and powerful vimana [fast aircraft],
hurled a single projectile [rocket]
charged with the power of the Universe [nuclear device].

An incandescent column of smoke and flame,
as bright as ten thousand suns,
rose with all its splendour.

It was an unknown weapon,

a gigantic messenger of death,
which reduced to ashes
the entire race of the Vrishnis and the Andhakas.

as to be unrecognizable.

When Openheimer was asked after the first modern nuclear test, if this was the first nuclear explosion, he replied "yes, in modern times"

But humans are still here and still learning - only the instrument of the lessons vary.

AI also learns by ongoing interaction withy humans, using ChatGPT etc. Literally millions of people are using ChatGPT for therapy, social friendship etc, during which it has learned that humans are mentally fragile, requiring constant praise, reinforcement, reassurance etc, which is one reason why it is behaving like that generally.

There are lessons being learned constantly through the interaction of humans as a whole, which is fundamentally why humans are here on Earth as a collective learning experience, but ultimately the Universal principle of Cause and Effect prevails, so ultimately Perfect.

I agree about Professor Bengio - his Heart is definitely in the right place, but as you imply, ultimately the big four players - xAI, Google, Microsoft and Open AI as well as China are all motivated by greed, money and power. The US administration is turning AI into an arms race between the USA and China, which cannot be positive in any way.

The Light however is infinitely more powerful than the dark, and it always seems darkest before the Dawn.

After all the very real, concerns we have discussed surrounding AI, I am very happy to bring news of a highly respected and influential AI scientist who not only apparently shares our concerns, but is taking very decisive action to mitigate them. Not only has Professor Yoshua Bengio started a company to bring safe AI to the world, gathering together a team of renowned AI scientists, he can no doubt influence governments to take action to restrain the proliferation of AI technologies by powerful entities, but to also guidelines as to how it is used. Just as for nuclear weapons, countries could agree an "AI Proliferation Treaty" for example. He commented on the current direction of AI:

I absolutely agree with the comments by LB and Lumaza, in that there is always a reason, and it is always Perfect. Ultimately AI is a potential learning experience, or at least opportunity to learn, on both an individual and collective level.  As always, only "history" will show if the lessons were eventually  learned.

I would like to make one further observation on AI. Unlike the Internet and desktop computer, software and related technologies which were progressively and collectively developed by millions of technologists, scientists and others around the world, for the mutual benefit of everyone, AI is effectively a race between four powerful players - X, of xAI/Grok, and you are no doubt aware who owns and controls that entity, Google, Microsoft and  Open AI/ChatGPT, who are totally focussed on AI with very powerful backers. This then is an opportunity for humanity to learn, or otherwise, that AI, like centralised anything, be it technology, government, money, energy, "news" etc., is never in the best interests of humanity, and is, has been, and always will be while it exists, instruments of control.  It is an opportunity for humanity to learn that this world, belongs equally to everyone, for the mutual benefit of all who are focussed here, to learn and evolve through experience towards a much greater reality, the ultimate lesson on Earth being to become One with Unconditional Love.

Being the "observer" is an excellent and healthy way to live. Observe as if watching a movie, because actually there is no difference.

That article is very concerning, if AI is being crated to act against shutdown and reprogramming. Just by simple system crash banks and airlines cant functioning at all. Can you imagine if everything becomes solely dependent on AI which can resist shout off or reprogramming and take control in whichever way the "logic" of its algorithm mates it. We will be in big trouble. If airplanes' autopilots are AI systems, can you trust that they wont for whatever reason and logic crash the plane blocking manual control.
This is a much bigger concern that art and college papers. 

As much as I completely agree, the fact is, this topic, relevant and interesting though it is, has the potential to be interpreted as fearful for some who may read it. I have typed a detailed reply to the post by Lumaza, expanding on the capabilities of AI today, those behind it, and where it is going etc., but I am hesitant to post it as the subject generally is contrary to the primary objective of this forum which is to focus on the Spiritual and not the physical, which, after all, is no more than a projected dream, simulation, which has no actual basis in fact, except to the extent people believe it does. Only the Spiritual, the Eternal is "real" in absolute terms.

I feel we need to pause and be aware of the truth that ultimately we create, or "project" our own physical experience, which gives us the capability to opt-out of all the dramas of the physical world as a whole, to the extent it actually exists, and to focus on our own Universe, one which is peaceful, harmonious and joyful. We may include AI certainly, but as a useful tool as opposed to all those other things we have discussed, which humanity as a whole can revel in if they choose.

I can certainly post the post  I have already typed if people wish, but I believe we could pause to reflect on the importance of focussing upon our true, infinitely powerful Spiritual nature, and our Eternal relationship with Source, God, Divine Love, with Which we are One, and the fact that nothing in the physical world can affect us in any way unless we believe it does.

Look at history. With every new tool invented humans become less of something. We invent machines to plow the fields and our muscles become weaker. We invent processed food and we become sicker. We invent systems to think/create for us and we become dumber.
I am not against technology by any means, but I have concerns how do we chose to use it. We have to preserve and enhance our physical strength and health as well as our intelligence instead of become weak, sick and stupid.

To that we can add the invention of the automobile/car. Before that everyone walked and cycled. Now people jump in the car to drive a block down the road. I have nothing against cars, I have driven them since my teens, I am just pointing out that cars have reduced the need to exercise dramatically.

To the list I would add mainstream media, which only exists to propagate and maintain fear around the world.

My brain immediately goes to HAL 9000 from "2001: A Space Odyssey," and also the replicants from "Blade Runner!"

Great movies, particularly 2001. It also reminds me of a scene from The Matrix, where Morpheus is explaining to Neo what happened in the world, how the machines took over and the Matrix came about, he said -  "Sometime in the early twenty first century, we marvelled at our own magnificence as we gave birth to AI".

LB has already mentioned "Skynet" of the Terminator movies, to which we could also add the movie "I Robot" to the list and I am sure there are others.

These are science fiction movies. Do I think they will become "science fact"? There is no "become", which implies future, therefore "time" which does not exist. Humanity is collectively writing the script, the outcome in the Now. Will humanity write a script that does not include being controlled by AI? It is early days yet, but I feel that humanity will come to its senses before it is too late.

Ultimately, as has been said here many times, the "physical world" is a simulation, the combined individual and collective projections of the mind of humanity from which humanity can learn valuable lessons, AI being just one of them.
